Really knowledgeable guys in here that are very professional and don’t do any hard sale tactics on you. I spent about 15 minutes asking them questions about everything and they were very pleasant to deal with. Their inventory is very clean and they tell you exactly the history of the motorcycle that’s at hand. It was overall such a pleasant experience walking in without any knowledge about motorcycles and they were very patient to advise on what’s the best purchase for you for your budget. TJ was my sales guy go see him if you need anything.
The Cycle Exchange came up on Cycle Trader as having the bike I was looking for; a Triumph Bonneville T120. I took a ride to the location, saw the bike in EXCELLENT condition and was helped by Lily! She was phenomenal and made the process go really fast and easy. I was already pre-approved through the website and came in with deposit in hand , looking to close the deal. I was originally going to pick the bike up the following week but decided to return the same day as I forgot my license when I left. They had the bike prepped and ready to roll. Tank was full, chain was cleaned and bike was sparkling! I'd definitely purchase another bike from them and again, Lily was amazing! Thanks guys!

Before the end of the day I had an offer for my bike !! Went down the next Saturday and was helped by Chris V. In Sales. The bike I was looking at was just as described on their web site !! They gave me the price that was agreed to for trade and purchase without any hassles !! Chris explained everything thoroughly and I was on my way within a half hour of walking in !!! Christian helped me with all the paperwork and with-in about three weeks I received my title. The process was so easy, I couldn't believe it. The staff there were very friendly and happy for me and my purchase. They filled my bike up with a full tank of gas. Temporary tag was included. They are fairly priced with none of the haggling involved. I've had my bike now for three months and already put 5k miles. I couldn't be happier. What an awesome first time experience for me.
