I was in the market for a new bike. Crossroad had a copy of the bike I wanted, so I dropped by. The dealership is great, lots of machines in stock, like a flagship candy store. More important the entire staff is great, very friendly, no pressure and family vibe. Finance was quick and easy and the overall experience was great. I'm planning on getting my first service done in the service department. Definitely the spot for metric bikes in area. Look for Dan, he got me a good deal.

Very unsatisfied I have been a customer for over 3 years using these guys often for parts. Whenever I need parts I call and if they don’t have in stock they order under my name and number. And I pay when I pick up. I called 2 weeks ago from today during the snow and spoke to 2 differnt people due to being placed on hold and never picked back up. Spoke to a gentleman who claimed to be manager and he Rudley just did not want to work with me. Ego was too bright to trouble shoot. Now the dealership won’t even answer my phones. Idk why all of sudden they don’t want to help me out. Considering I make a round trip of 2 hours everytime I come into store on location to get parts. U would think they would wanna satisfy me or figure out how we can get this part for me. They had 3 out of 4 parts in stock and claimed to have put to the side. I’m glad I called and double checked with them because they clearly had no intentions on telling me anything or communicating to me. A shame on how I was treated and over their mistake on telling me they ordered something and did not.
Exceptional experience from start to finish! Derek is super knowledgeable, friendly, professional and had been in the motorcycle game for a long time! Communication was fast and easy! There are no hidden fees, what they preach is what they give! They do not try to pull any tricks! I will not go anywhere else and will always recommend!
