I had such a good experience with Dustin a couple of years ago buying my Triumph Bonneville that I decided to come back to purchase a second bike. I had my eye on the Triumph Tiger 1200 for a while for some adv touring, and the end of the year sales were too good to pass up. Dustin made the whole experience smooth and painless, and made me feel welcome in the dealership. Metuchen isn't even the nearest dealership to me, but I will definitely be coming back for any additional purchases or service.
I had heated grips installed on my Rebel 1100 and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Scheduling was very easy, and the team was flexible and accommodating. The staff (Tom, June) are always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and the work was completed on time. The installation quality was excellent and the grips look and feel as if they were installed at the factory. I’ve also had my two other bikes serviced here and parts installed in the past, and the experience and quality of work have always been top-notch. I highly recommend their service department!
