Chris was super easy to deal with. Even with the long distance involved with the transaction it went off without a hiccup. It’s the first time I have ever bought a bike without laying eyes on it and it was just as it was depicted on the website. Chris is great to work with. Very responsive to all communications. He takes pride in his high quality inventory. No surprises during the sales process. Drove from Massachusetts to pick up the bike so Chris was very accommodating to help meet early to get the paperwork completed. He then helped get the bike loaded so I could get back on the road. I have absolutely no reservations about recommending Creson if you are in the market for a good, clean motorcycle.
Wow! Started with my buddy flying from NH to Ohio to drive back his '21 Pan America with only 164 miles on it from Cresron Motors. Next up was his brother getting his '22 Road Glide ST with 800 miles shipped to NH. Cumulated with me and another buddy driving to Ohio from NH to trailer back his '22 Pan Am with 1,800 miles and my '21 Pan AM with 1,200 miles on it. All within a span of about 5 weeks. And believe me, we all do our due diligence! 4 people from NH went to Ohio to purchase bikes on separate occasions. Why? Because Cresron has some of the best competitive prices in America. There were a few comparable deals in NJ and PA, one in NC and a good amount in FL, CA and TX but those were a little too far and wouldn't be cost effective to get them to NH. One in NJ had a few thousand more miles on it and I contacted one dealer in PA and never heard back. Not so with Chris from Cresron. He is on top of his game to make sure your purchase is a smooth transaction. Communicative, accommodating (removed my windshield, packaged it up and strapped to the back when I thought I was going to have the bike shipped and then put it back on when plans changed), friendly, personable, and diligent. If you don't see what you're looking for and have a specific model in mind, I got the impression he'd keep his eye out for one and work to get you on the bike, or car, of your dreams. Can't stress enough how great it was working with Chris and Cresron Motors. Strongly recommend keeping your eye on their website, or even contacting Chris directly, if you're in the market for a new vehicle.
