Great experience! Went to another local dealer who did not take care of me like Tyler did at coolsprings. Tyler, Corey and Taylor were a great help and very knowledgeable in powersports. They didn't make me feel uneducated or bully me into buying. They made sure I got the right bike and gave tips and pointers for first time riders and how to take care of the bike. While I was in the area and just killing time, I decided to check out the new bikes. I've been in the market for a new one, but I wasn't very familiar with the latest models. Brain was amazing; he took the time to answer all my questions, no matter how silly they seemed, and was extremely thorough in his explanations. Even with my previous experience riding bikes, I learned a lot. I also had a budget in mind, and Brain was quick to provide the numbers—he seemed to know them off the top of his head. The final price was less than I had expected, and we were able to make a deal. I'm very happy and surprised by how smooth the process was. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a new bike. The entire experience was both fast and efficient.
The sale man Brian was very helpful in the purchasing of my honda crf250rwe. I wasn't 100 percent sure on the arrival date, but when he got it he let me know right away. Brian kept me updated on the whole day of shipping too the dealership. If I had any questions he answered right away. I am a going to be a repeat customer from now on.

He was very patient, as the deal took longer to come together than anticipated, answering questions and providing pictures to us in advance of our trip to the dealership. I also want to give a shout out for Bria in the parts department for her help with the add on items. Very helpful and a great personality. She was a joy to work with! And also James in the service department. He went over everything I needed to do with the new machine for the break in in detail, and the things I needed to do going forward. He was very knowledgeable and engaged. The conversation felt like it was one he wanted to have, and not part of a process to help get us out the door.
