Needed new tires and a windshield, dropped it off and it was finished the next day. I just wish they had a better pick up and delivery program offering because I travel a lot and it is hard to get a friend to take a trailer and pick up at my place and take it to Florence, and then have to go get it. Now the unit is finished, but my friend cannot pick it up until Four days from now. But I was very pleased with how quick they finished the service request.
Took care or the problems with our vehicle (Honda side by side)at what appears to be a reasonable price. They could improve on their communication with the customers. Updates on progress would be appropriate. We had to call in and ask more than once and I feel like they could be more proactive on that point. Overall, they got the job done and at a reasonable value.
This was my first experience buying anything new vehicle wise and it was amazing. From when I walked in, I felt free to roam and look and at the bikes I did ask before sitting just to be safe. They have straight up no haggle pricing what you see is out the door no hidden fees or taxes. I appreciate that more then anything as haggling is just awful. I show up in pick up day and with a few clicks of the computer I'm keys in hand. They answered all my questions about breaking in a new bike and 1st oil change etc. Honestly I hope every buying experience is like this, great job Collins team.
