Super happy with Clear Creek...I purchased a Limited Edition 2026 Hayabusa from them, and it was an excellent experience. I bought the bike through Nathan who bent over backwards to make the process simple and straight forward. He kept me closely posted after I placed my order as to where the bike was and when it should be arriving. I wanted to customize the exhaust and Garry took care of that. (Garry is a maintenance maestro...he's the only guy I let work on my bikes.) David, the parts guy, also got involved to find the small customization things I was interested in. The whole team is a well-oiled machine, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!
I will never come here again. Brought a small dirt bike in for a few easy repairs, what should have been done in a couple days. It sat in the shop for over a month. They never called me, I had to call them three times before someone told me the mechanic quit and 'my bike slipped through the cracks.' Charged me 4 hours of labor for what should have been 2, charged me for the chain guard but not installed, left the bike outside and the chain rusted (and when they sprayed lube on it at the last minute, got lube all over the tire), and the chain was loose. Really disappointing -- it looks like an amazing place to buy a bike, but I wouldn't trust them for maintenance again.

Went in to get my first bike, a Ninja 400, serviced and everything went great. Got an oil change and my chain lubed in a timely manner. Also thought my clutch bar was loose and they showed me how to adjust it. Nice atmosphere inside, they have a decent quantity and variety of different bikes. Only wish I had was for more things like helmets and gloves and riding gear like that, they had some but not much. Overall it’s a nice place though, would recommend.
