As a brand new rider and someone who started the process of buying a bike with little knowledge, I could not have had a better experience than with Ernest and Chrome Cycles. I had visited several other places around the DFW area at different dealerships, and Chrome Cycles was head & shoulders above the rest. Ernest takes the time with each customer to make sure that they're getting exactly what they're wanting, while offering advice and guidance to those of us that are just getting started on the motorcycle journey. Any question, no matter how complex or simple, was answered genuinely and completely. I also observed the same kind of quality interactions that Ernest had with other customers in the shop. They also let me know that Ernest was their favorite person to do business with in the area, and they cited his transparency and friendly nature as some of their main reasons why they keep going back to him for repeat business. Ultimately, I got a 2015 Vulcan S, and could not be happier with my purchase, have been really pleased with the bike and have had zero issues with it, and am nearly six months into riding on it. I've called Ernest several times in the months after purchasing the bike, and he is always quick to give me advice or answer any remaining questions I might have in regards to motorcycle ownership, even when he could have just as easily told me to "just Google it." Highly, highly recommend Chrome Cycles as a place to get your next bike, and especially if you're a first-time rider like I was. If I decide to upgrade in the near future, this will be my first and only stop.
Just the best place to get a motorcycle. Ernest will steer you in the right direction. Hes just a really great guy. He will go through every detail, spend the extra time to make sure you get on the right bike for you. I highly recommend Chrome Cycles. 10 out of 5 stars. I will definitely be back to purchase again when I'm ready to get a second bike. I walked away with a Victory Boardwalk at a great price. I cant wait to go back.

What an amazing experience we had from start to finish at Chrome Cycles. After visiting dealership after dealership, my boyfriend found Chrome Cycles. He had his eyes set on a larger bike & upon us entering to see the bike we were greeted by Ernest. Ernest asked a few questions, and then provided his expertise knowledge in reference to making the Judge his first bike. He stressed the power and safety concerns of purchasing it as a first bike, and then he showed us the ones he would recommend— that was thousands cheaper. He talked to us, like we were family, not just a customer. I whole heartedly feel he cared about the safety of him, versus how much dollar value the sale was going to be. I respect him for this, and I appreciate this, more than he knows. It truly shows who he is as a person. After browsing, my boyfriend found the Indian Scout Sixty- before it hit the listing online, I’ll call this a unicorn, because- by doing this, you can save money on the cost itself. Speaking of the cost, Ernest is the ONLY dealer we visited that provided us straight pricing. No gimmicks. No reconditioning fee’s. No document fees. Simple straight pricing, with tax & title, out the door cost. We appreciated the honesty. Since the bike wasn’t quite ready, we decided to pay a depot to hold the bike, went over all the financing, and knew what to expect if we did decide this is the one. He answered so many questions. Tons. From not only my boyfriend, but me as well. We left, and Ernest continued to work on the bike as promised. New tires, light repaired, etc. He then called & let us know it was ready. We went today, signed all the final documents, it was so quick- so easy! Truly, if we (me) didn’t talk so much, the process would have been even quicker! He continued to answer more of our questions, made adjustments to the bike, and went above and beyond. I am not exaggerating when I say- he is so attentive to detail, you can tell this is his passion.. and again, whom he is as a person- is even better. He loaded the bike, secured the bike, and truly helped make this purchase so easy. Thank you Ernest for all your patience & time! I know for a fact - he has a customer for life, and I pray his business continues to grow for him & his family— and I am confident it will, because he isn’t like the rest of these dealerships, he is a person who cares about the customers!
