We bought a golf cart in June, 2024. Darren and Michelle took their time showing us everything and helping us make our purchase. The golf cart is beautiful and we have enjoyed it daily since our purchase. Thank you for making this an easy decision.
We're on our 2nd Royal EV. 1st one was a 6seater with 72V, which we decided we didn't need the 6 seater so we traded for the 4seater with lithium battery. We won't buy another for awhile. We bought both here in Cartersville at Cherokee Golf Carts which is close to the Royal factory. My sales and service experience here have been impeccable. We added a front receiver hitch so we can move our small trailer around in the backyard. So many benefits of having this cart. We got street tires instead of knobbys on the 2nd cart. We love our cart. We get 60 miles to a charge, probably more haven't pushed it (this is on big hills all around Cartersville; I got a sticker from the local police department so I can ride it anywhere on streets in the city where the speed.limit is 35 or less...it goes 30mph+). The folks at Cherokee are great. Our original sales manager was Rodger who is an outstanding sales manager and great person; Rodger has since moved on other personal opportunities, and was replaced by Lonnie as sales and store manager. Great guy, very knowledgeable (he was formerly at the Royal factory and knows what he is talking about) and helpful). The receptionist is also wonderful (sorry I didn't get her name but she is efficient and awesome!). Everyone there is pleasant, very customer service oriented, and a extremely easy to deal with. We looked at several other carts and stores but this one is the best in the metro Atlanta area. I HIGHLY recommend these folks. .

I would give Jim and Jason 10 stars if I could because they are the best!! They are extremely busy because their carts are amazing! If your willing to wait you won't be disappointed. The custom paint and upholstery are concourse quality. Lots of communication and pics back and forth before we bought. We went to look and buy our cart and the wife wanted different rims and upholstery. They changed them on the spot with no complaints. They do everything they can to make sure you get the cart the way you want it. They went above and beyond to deliver my cart to me when I had trailer issues and they were a little behind finishing my cart, because of us changing stuff. Very competitive prices and lots of customization options. My wife said this is the most beautiful Georgia Bulldog themed cart she has ever seen. We have the baddest cart on the block!!
