My first 10k service with my 23 Triumph Tiger GT Explorer 1200 and I couldn't be happier. I was ready for a cross country trip and as a long time mechanic, knowing the bike well, I didn't expect much of a change in how it ran, shifted or rode. As soon as I started it, I could tell. They did a Oil and filter, driveline fluid change on the shaft drive, fixed a small exhaust leak I thought I was hearing which is gone and a brake/clutch fluid service, and spark plugs and balanced the throttle bodies. It idles so much better, runs so much smoother and shifts like butter. The quick shifter is effortless. The Mechanic C.M. ( I Won't name him) did an amazing job. The service personnel were extremely professional and asked all the right questions and are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend service or sales. They definitely stand behind their work
Best dealership in Charleston. These guys are amazing. They care deeply about their customers and they go above and beyond to make sure you get the right bike and the right parts. Best place to purchase a bike period. I have purchased many bikes in the last 8 years living in the area. No other dealers in the area can hold a candle to them. It is a Family owned and operated business and your treated like a part of it when you walk in the door. They have always been fair on trade in and pricing
I tried so many times to be patient but they kept disappointing. When I purchased the motorcycle, they had me combat three times with information to be able to register and title the motorcycle. I When did some accessories that they told me were not available. After my own research I fWhen did some accessories that they told me we’re not available. After my own research, I found out there were different accessories available but they just did not make them available to me. It’s unfortunate. They are the only dealership and the Charleston area. If I were to do it again, I would prefer to travel out of the area and purchase my motorcycle from another dealership.

No rush, no pressure, just genuine passion for bikes and top-notch customer service. Thanks to him, I’m now the proud owner of a 2025 Street Triple RS!
