Traded 2 Can-am Commander's for a Honda Talon. Prior to trading them in, one of the bikes was making a popping sound in the front diff. Anyone who knows me will tell you that I wouldn't trade anything in broken, that I would fix it first. So some buddies and I pulled the front diff a few days before I traded the bike. Took us 30 minutes to pull it. Upon inspecting it, the 4 of us agreed we couldn't see any damage, and that maybe something was just loose. So we torqued everything down, and put it back in. Drove it around, didn't hear the sound anymore. So I thought it was good to go. We get to the dealership, they say it's making a popping sound. I say ok, I thought it was fixed, but I"ll wait for you to pull the diff, show me what's wrong, and I''ll gladly pay for the repair. They then try to tell me it'll take 4 hours, and that they want to charge me for a complete front diff, otherwise, no deal on the trade. Rather than deal with this headache any further, I just told them ok, whatever, just get the deal done. I know for a fact, with 3 other witnesses, 2 of them being mechanics, that the diff was not ruined, so it maybe needed a part, but not a full replacement. If they had integrity, they'd make the repair, charge only 2 hours of labor, because that's how long it actually takes, and then refund me the difference, because the diff was not ruined. But I doubt that happens. Anyway, their facility was nice, they had a large selection of inventory, the salesman was great, but the service manager and the owner that allows this to happen, are not people I'd suggest anyone do business with in the future. Be warned, they will charge you for a worst case scenario, instead of what is actually wrong. And I doubt they have the integrity to refund the difference when they see it's a single part causing the issue and not the entire front diff. Also, they delivered my new machine with several push pins missing, and a few not installed properly. Their assembly team lacks attention to detail, and for the fees they charge, this is unacceptable. Imagine, delivering a brand new bike, with parts missing, and some parts not installed properly. Pitiful, just pitiful!

The Chapman's team showed incredible compassion during my tire emergency. After I called ahead explaining my situation, they waited past closing time to help me – even greeting me warmly when I arrived late. Understanding I was stranded away from home, they immediately stepped up to resolve my issue rather than turning me away. Their willingness to go above and beyond transformed a stressful situation into a testament of outstanding customer service. Truly grateful for their kindness and professionalism. I worked with Daryl on a deal recently and I couldn't be happier. I got this bright idea to trade in my naked sport on a big beautiful tourer with the goal of lowering my payment in the process. The perfect bike for me happened to be here. They offered me a more than fair trade in on a reasonably priced used bike and I cut my payment in half! The deal was quick and easy. They agreed to fix a couple of things on the bike I bought and delivered it to my home a week later. Easy peasy. I highly recommend this place.
