After a disappointing experience at another dealership, my husband and I found Central Florida Powersports, and I am so glad we did. We were searching for a Stark Varg EX 80hp MD Suspension—which is quite a challenge to find. Hayden from the sales team reached out quickly via both phone and email. I chose to respond via email, and I really appreciated that he was happy to work with me and handle the entire deal this way. I cannot praise Hayden’s sales approach enough. He was incredibly responsive, professional, and worked hard to earn our business by not only matching a competitor's price but making us feel truly valued. When Hayden was off, Donald from sales stepped in seamlessly to keep the process moving forward without a hitch. It’s clear this team communicates well to put the customer first. Once we arrived, the "red carpet" treatment continued. The entire staff was aware of the sale and greeted us with smiles and congratulations, which really made the experience special. We also want to give a shout-out to the audio expert (I believe his name was Chris), who was a total wiz. He took the time to understand our riding style and expectations to help us find the right headsets. Since those can be a big investment, his expertise was invaluable in making sure we found the perfect fit for our needs. The team had the Varg prepped, no assembly needed, and ready to go. They spent as much time as my husband needed going over the tech and features, and even helped us load it into the truck. My husband has been wanting one of these for a long time, and they turned what started as a negative week into a really positive celebration for him. Central Florida Powersports delivered exactly the kind of experience we were looking for. Highly recommend!
