Do not use this business for anything. The employees nor the owner care if they have your business. And their service department response when a customer asks for an update when they have had a job for three hours is “we’ll get to it when we get to it” and the owner agrees with them. Poor customer service, never using them again. I was having them swap a single wheel and tire off the motorcycle, simple 15 minute job. There excuse was that I didn’t have an appointment, even though when I called earlier in the week I was told I didn’t need one. Again terrible service and the owner didn’t care.

I purchased this unit from these guys. The experience was amazing. From start to finish. They were very upfront, no hidden fees or anything. Both of the gentleman who helped me were extremely knowledgeable about the unit, they were able to go over everything in great detail. The thing that struck me the most, I felt like they were working for me. I never once felt like I was “just a sale”. They were honest about the good and bad in products. I highly recommend them. And before anyone says you can get it cheaper in Denver, with all 4 models I compared. Denver was only cheaper by $78.00 at the most. And I can promise, Denver would not have given the kind of customer service that I received today. Highly recommend checking them out!

I travel for work and currently ride a Honda XR150L. Any time a town has a Honda dealer I take the time to visit. This is the best dealer I have seen so far. Their inventory is astounding. Every bike you could ever want they have. They even had my current bike on the show room floor. Everyone was so friendly and let me take my time to browse. I was initially interested in upgrading to a Suzuki 400, but I was too short for it. On a whim I sat on the R3 and was hooked. If I had a toy hauler trailer it would have came home with me. Keep this place in mind if you want to sit on some bikes and upgrade. Alex was helpful and knowledgeable with any questions I had such as curb weight and just general bike use. He even let me honk the horn on the R3. I came home with some grips for my Honda that I have been wanting. I will be back.

Be more honest! This business has set a new bar for shady, and dishonest salesmen. I went in to buy a side by side, made a deal and they started the paperwork. They tacked on almost $6000 to the advertised price they had on their web page! I understand there may be a few things but almost 33% above their own advertised price! Why list a price if you are not even in the ballpark? Not only will we not deal with Casper Mountain Motorsports, we will not buy a brand they carry because I dont want to have to deal with this business for repairs or parts.

The salesmen at this dealership put up with me for about two years through life's situations before I was finally able to purchase new 800NK. I started with Justin who since moved to the service department as well as Drew. In the end I finalized my sale with Jesse and he was very courteous and always did his best to get the answers I was looking for quickly. Suzanne in finance is an absolute sweetheart and a blast to chat with while getting through the paperwork! All in all, everyone treated me well, with respect, and never tried to be pushy about anything, which I am grateful for.
