I recently purchased my black on black, Suzuki 8R from Cole. I have been greatly appreciative of him giving me what I need to make a decision on my purchase. Cole made me feel comfortable. As I embraced the entire team throughout the process, they made me feel comfortable. It wasn’t all about pushing the “sale”. It was about my preference and my safety; in addition, I can tell they all love bikes and know bikes. The customer service was 5 of 5. I will return for any future needs and fully recommend them to any and everyone. Keep up the good work and enthusiasm.
This will be the dealership that we go to for the rest of our lives!!!! While we initially drove up to Capital Powersports from Fayetteville because they have the best deals around. Once we got there, we found out that they also have the best customer service, knowledgeable staff, and easy buying process as well. Jonathan was our sales-person and made the entire experience extremely fun, inviting, and engaging. He was very polite and it was refreshing to have a sales person so welcoming and willing to help us every step of the way as we were trading in my first motorcycle and purchasing a new one. The parts department was also very helpful with no pressure to purchase anything I didn't want or need. Mitchel in the service department was so informative and thorough with the maintenance schedule of my new Suzuki GSX-8R and I feel confident that when I need to bring my bike in for service that it will be well taken care of. Gregory in finance was well-informed, helpful, and patient during the financing process and took the time to make sure all of our questions were answered and our options reviewed. During this whole process, Kevin the general manager made sure we were being well cared for and even after the sale, he personally walked us through the many features of our new bike. We cannot thank the team at Capital Powersports enough for such an amazing experience. I am going to recommend everyone that I know to go here for their next or first motorcycle purchase. Great Experience at Capital Powersports! Two months ago I bought a Kawasaki Ninja 500 ABS from Capital Powersports, and the process was smooth and professional. The staff was helpful, honest, and made everything easy. I got a great deal, and they answered all my questions. The bike was ready on time and in perfect condition. Phenomenal buying experience! As a woman who is returning to riding after a long hiatus, I enjoyed exploring which motorcycle might be right for me. At Capital Powersports, I received courteous help when needed but was also left to browse on my own when just looking around and sitting on bikes. While the service was excellent from everyone - Joel the sales manager, Gregory for finance, and various sales staff - the most exceptional part of the sales experience was working with and learning from Casey. Aside from him being enjoyable to chat with about riding, he listened to what I wanted, shared a lot of valuable information about the features and feel of different motorcycles, and helped me consider what options might be best for me. When I recently retook the MSF Basic Rider Course, a fellow student commented to me that he also had a great experience working with Casey. Last but certainly not least, I have to give a shout out to Matt, who delivered my bike (and my son’s at the same time). He took care in delivering 2 motorcycles that were in perfect condition. But he also spent additional time to give us ‘new bike’ tips and to share in our excitement about getting new bikes. Just a nice personal touch, when dropping off could have been an impersonal transaction. Buying from Capital Powersports was a professional and positive buying experience from beginning to end. I’ll recommend them to everyone I meet and you can bet I’ll be a return customer, too.
I had a great experience working with Cole Bighman while shopping for a motorcycle. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, from bike features to maintenance and options. Cole has a very positive attitude and was always patient, friendly, and easy to talk to. He never made me feel rushed or pressured and genuinely wanted to help me find the right motorcycle for my needs. Overall, he’s a great salesman and a pleasure to work with.
