EDIT: Your response is untrue. Your technician was at my place 3 times. The first time he was here he could not get his computer to log in to the web site. He made calls to another technician and still could not get in. The second trip was to hook up the tractor since he got the password figured out and the 3rd trip was to install a new crank case sensor. You state that he "was able to get my tractor going", he did nothing. the tractor just started and cleared the code on its own. If there was warranty, I have no idea as I never heard back from anyone, but you did not discount it to 600, the bill was $787.51. I concede that you discounted half of the time on the first visit. As far as me being happy, I was not going to argue with the person on the phone as he was clear that he was not going to do anything more. The kid that came out was nice enough and cordial, but this response from you just adds to my steadfast opinion that this company should be avoided at all cost. Had to have the service truck come out. When the kid got here, he was unable to do anything as his computer was not working. The entire time he was here was here he was talking about random things trying to get his computer to hook to the internet and then he couldn't' get his password to work. After some time, he told me that given that the warning light was out at the time of his arrival it was most likely fine, and go ahead and run it and then he left. Tractor made it 200 feet and went back into limp mode and warning lights back on. Had to have the guy come out again and which point he told me that I need a new sensor. Ok, fine... ordered the sensor and then made a third trip to install. All good other than when got the the bill, I was charged for the initial visit. The hour plus that he spent here doing nothing other than trying to get his computer to work. When I called to dispute, I was met with an aggressive tone about how "these guys cost money", and a story about how the guy I was talking to had a farm too and things are expensive. Only after literally explaining the entire thing like I am talking to a third grader and that I would not have needed the second visit had he done his job the first visit, did he agree to reduce it by some. Long story to say, avoid them if you can.
