Stopped by on the way through. Tony found out we were from florida, and had a salesman give us a tour of the museum upstairs. He even gave us a free shirt. All the mororclothes staff we very helpful.
My son and I are traveling from MARYLAND 🦀 and have been stopping and doing little reviews of different Harley Davidsons being that my husband worked for them for 20yrs and I am well worked for Rommell Harley Davidson in Annapolis. I enjoy seeing how different dealerships operate! This gets a 1000000/10. Scoby greeted us the second we walked in and immediately asked if he could help us out at all. This is a very big thing for me, I believe especially when you walk into a dealership of any sorts a proper first greeting makes a MASSIVE difference. I worked bike sales I know the drill yall killed it on point!!!! Big shout out to Kaylan in apparel. She assisted with purchasing my sons FIRST BIKE woohoo! Get her that commission! She also helped make sure to keep an eye on my car while I had to run in the bathroom before heading back to Maryland. Im traveling alone with a baby and Harley Davidson is where I KNOW I am safe and welcome. Thank yall for having us and if we're ever back down this way we absolutely will be stopping to see yall ❤️ Also- SUPER COOL yall have a stadium right next to the building like talk about GREAT marketing.
Awesome Harley dealership in TN. It is HUGE! Plenty of bikes to choose from and tons of motor clothes, parts and accessories. They have an outdoor stage and a very nice HRDA range right across from the dealership. The best part was, the sales people were not pushy at all. A lot of vintage Harley Davidson motorcycles to look at too!!

I purchased my 3rd motorcycle from the Knoxville Harley family of dealerships on 7/8/25, and my 2nd from Bootlegger Harley specifically. As always, they went above and beyond to make the deal happen and ensure I walked away happy. Jacob is awesome at what he does and is always willing to go to bat for his customers. if you need a new bike, definitely go and see Jacob. He is also supported by great leadership. Travis, the Sales Manager, owned an issue that came up in the paperwork and went above and beyond to correct it without me even having to say anything. The awesome experience and service didn't end with my purchase. My wife and I were out for the first ride on the brand new bike, and almost 3 hours from home, when an unforeseen incident occurred and the motorcycle went into limp mode and we were stranded. I called HOG, who was only able to get me to the nearest dealership, but they were unable to touch the bike for 2 weeks. With this information, I called Bootlegger Harley service and the service manager, Greg, took it upon himself to get a tow truck to come to us 2 hrs away and get us back home at no expense to us. I dropped the bike off at Bootlegger the following Monday and they immediately got me in for service and started to try and diagnose the issue. Greg and Jordan in service moved appointments and technicians around so they could get to the bottom of it as quickly as possible. After almost 3 full days working on the bike, they identified the issue, fixed it, and returned the bike to me. I can't thank Greg the Service Manager, Jordan the Service Advisor, and Greg the technician enough for all of your help, sticking with it and finding a resolution, and especially for putting up with me. The staff at Bootlegger is what makes it a great dealership and this experience alone shows why they have earned my repeat business and why you should give them yours. Thank you all!
