Very pleased with this dealer. I have been looking for an ATV and reaching out to multiple dealers in the area. First thing is that their prices was about $500 cheaper than any other dealer. No haggling, just a better deal. Second off, Brandon did a great job of just getting me the info I needed and not trying to push me to something I didn’t need. Excellent customer service. I walked into American Powersports in Findlay and wanted to just get a price comparison. Instead of just helping me and seeing if they could hook me up, they wanted to talk bad about Bob’s. Well, I’ve seen nothing but the opposite and Bob’s has better reviews and knows how to sell. Highly recommend. Also appreciate Nick and his service. Brandon and Nick were awesome!
I had an awesome buying experience at Bob’s. I drove up from East Tennessee yesterday to pick up my new RZR Pro S. The price was great and the service I received from Nick and Dustin was awesome. Dustin was very responsive in our communications. Nick got me through the paperwork, answered my questions, helped me load my machine, and got me back on the road as quickly as possible. I would not hesitate to do business from Bob’s Cycle again. They were great!
