Very smooth transaction with recent purchase of a KTM 300xc. Two ohone conversations prior to visit and once stopped by everything was complete and loaded up headed home in 27 minutes! Great pricing and everyone took time to make sure I felt valued as a customer! Highly recommend for your next purchase!
I called BRP on Tuesday about my Can Am Defender not starting. I have a farm and we had a snow storm coming that weekend. The service dept understood my need to have my machine in working condition and gave me an appt for Thursday. They got my machine fixed that day! I am very grateful for the efficiency of the BRP service team. They went above and beyond to get the job done. When I went to pick up the machine the staff were helpful, kind and accommodating. Thank you BRP for a great experience and would recommend your service dept to anyone.
Mitch and Kayla were absolutely wonderful to work with! I had been motorcycle shopping in NOVA with horrible experiences and decided to go to Blue Ridge Power Sports. I am sooo glad I did. I was sent the OTD coat fast and found the whole staff to be helpful and not at all pushy. It was overall an easy and really good experience. I rate them 10/10 and would recommend shopping here!
This was an enjoyable process working with Sam. He guided me through getting my first motorcycle and I felt very comfortable. The whole team there is highly knowledgeable and passionate about motorsports. I highly recommend them!
These guys are fantastic! They were able to get me in 30 minutes before closing time and allow me to test ride a new CB 650R. Shortly after we made a deal that we were both happy with and maybe within 10-15 minutes the purchase was done. They were quick, they were efficient and they were very welcoming and accommodating to me. I enjoyed interacting with everyone on the team. Hopefully I'll be back for my first oil change!

Buying a snowmobile from Blue Ridge Powersports in Harrisonburg, Virginia? Use this checklist to avoid costly surprises.
Inspect the track and slides
Lay the sled on its side and check the track for cracks, missing lugs, or cuts. Pull the track away from the slides and check for wear groove depth — worn slides increase drive noise and reduce efficiency.
Check the hood and tunnel for damage
Cracks in the hood or tunnel can signal a past crash. Look for mismatched or faded plastic, which often means replacement panels were installed after damage.
Inspect the carbides and skis
Carbide runners on the ski underside provide steering. Worn carbides (less than 3/16" remaining) reduce handling on packed snow. Ski replacement is inexpensive, but factor it into your offer.
Check coolant and oil
Pull the coolant reservoir cap and oil tank dipstick. Milky coolant signals water contamination. Low or dirty oil signals deferred maintenance. Ask ${dealerName} for service records.
Ask about storage and season history
A properly stored snowmobile — fuel stabilized, fogged engine, battery maintained — will start and run far better than one that sat neglected. Ask Blue Ridge Powersports about the unit's storage and riding history.
Snowmobile financing is seasonal. Knowing the basics helps you get the best deal at Blue Ridge Powersports in Harrisonburg, Virginia before the riding season starts.
Typical Loan Terms
24 to 60 months is typical for snowmobile loans.
Down Payment
10% to 20% down is standard. Off-season purchases sometimes qualify for promotional rates.
Pro Tip
Get pre-approved by your bank before visiting Blue Ridge Powersports — it gives you a rate to compare against dealer financing.
Manufacturer finance programs (Ski-Doo, Polaris, Arctic Cat) often offer zero-interest or low-rate deals in the off-season. Ask Blue Ridge Powersports what programs are currently available. Buying in spring or summer often yields better financing deals than buying in fall.
