Chris and his family/staff are awesome! My husband went there to buy a Polaris Ranger to use on our 25 acre ranch as a work vehicle. He came home with an awesome Ranger but it was a SHOW VEHICLE and didn’t function correctly for what we needed. A few days after our purchase we called Chris and asked him if we could “exchange” the “Show” Ranger for a vehicle that fit our needs better. Without hesitation Chris said absolutely no problem and we were at his shop an hour later. We found the perfect vehicle but it didn’t have the right type of wheels or rims that we needed for our terrain so without hesitation he let us exchange the tires and rims with another vehicle on the lot and the new Polaris Ranger was delivered to our house a couple hours later with the new rims/tires already on it. I cannot say enough how amazing Chris and his family were during this whole purchase process. His whole family goes the extra mile but Cameron (his daughter) was especially good and I highly recommend asking for her when you visit their lot. I cannot express how thankful we are to Chris to allow us to “exchange” the vehicle with no questions asked. You don’t find anyone who is ever willing to go the extra mile like that. Chris gained a customer for life with us and we already sent a good friend to them as well.
Great service and salesman, Ozzie Neira, was super responsive. We had a problem with one of the mirrors and he shipped us a new one the next day. Always answers the phone and is very professional. We will definitely shop with him again.

I am new to the Mule world -- Chris and his mechanic patiently answered all of my questions -- even brought parts out of inventory to show me how certain aspects of the Kawasaki drive-train work. One of the most positive buying experiences I have ever encountered! The foregoing was our purchase 2 years ago — a 2017 Mule. Fast forward to today. We took delivery of a 2018 Kawasaki Mule Pro FXT with only 480 hours on the meter! My business is buying and selling used airplanes and I’m very particular about my machinery. I know that Chris is equally particular about the machinery that he deals in and how he presents it to the public. If you want honesty and no nonsense— Chris is your man. Our new-to-us Mule Pro FXT was delivered to our Junction residence (free delivery) today and we immediately put it to work on the ranch. No issues, no problems, clean title, owner’s manual in the glove box, full tank of gas. This is the standard other dealers strive to attain and the reason we didn’t hesitate to get in touch with Chris for our second Mule.
Zero stars, zero emotional control for this place. Only reason they have higher reviews is the discount they offer for them, plus the name change to try and recover from their bad reputation. They also treat military badly. Seriously, if you are reading this, save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.
I bought a very nice used Polaris Ranger today that's in great shape and has everything I was looking for. It was a great experience. The team was friendly, helpful and real. Three great qualities in the sales business, which instills trust and makes the whole purchase a lot easier. I certainly recommend C&C Golf Carts in San Antonio.
