Brad did a fantastic job communicating with us and making sure everything went smoothly! I used the web contact form and Brad called and texted me shortly after. He worked up a quote for us on the Yamaha R7 that my son was interested in, answered all of our questions, and sent photos of the bike showing the accessories that had been installed. We told him on Friday afternoon that we were driving out to see him the next day and gave him the green light to get the bike ready for us because we had a 3-hour drive and didn't want to have to make multiple trips. Saturday morning, he had the bike charged, filled with oil and gas, inspected and ready for us to ride home. I couldn't have asked for better service and my son couldn't be happier with his purchase! Sending a big thank you to Big Rock Powersports and to their salesman Brad and to the lovely lady in the office who got all our paperwork in order! They made everything about the purchase easy and smooth!
Recently purchased 2 new waverunners. Gave a deposit over the phone and picked them up 2 weeks later. Salesman checked in with me during the two weeks and when I arrived to pick them up, they were all ready to go on a trailer. Great service and great prices!
Went into the Big Rock Greenville store one weekend to look around a bit. The Indian FTR S at the front door caught my eye as I was leaving but I had told myself I was finished with riding motorcycles on the road. Fast forward a few weeks. I couldn't get that bike off my mind. That light gray bodywork, red frame and V-Twin motor with gobs of torque had me hooked. I called the store to make sure it was still available and Anthony told me to come on in. I got to the store pretty early on Saturday, left and took a little time to think about things and then with the help of Anthony, Brad and Britney, I was riding it home that afternoon. Easiest motorcycle purchase I've ever made. Everyone was amazing and super helpful. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I also got the bike at a great price. Thanks y'all! I love my new Indian!
