He made the negotiation easy and pressure-free. Will walked me through all the financing details, and Barbara helped me find the perfect insurance option. After everything was finalized, they gave me a full tour of the place and introduced me to the customization and service teams, who were all incredibly helpful. And in the end, the entire shop congratulated me, making me feel like it was my special day. Sergio even took me to see the bike in winter storage, and I got to sit on it, turn it on, and truly feel that incredible sense of accomplishment. Went in 2 weeks ago to browse used harley options. A week later i walked out with a brand new street bob. Rich was fantastic to work with, patient, respectful, and informative. Encouraged me to shop around and see exactly what i wanted before making a decision (not something i received elsewhere). Ultimately, his professional attitude made me come back and buy from him. I attended Bike Night on Thursday Oct 26, and was expected a kind of small event. Wow was I ever wrong! There had to be 1000 bikes there. Food trucks, all kinds of bikes, interesting vendors, great loud music, they even had a whiskey and cigar table (@cigarbros33 shout out). Very very cool event. But the best thing was the staff at Bergen County Harley Davidson. Down to the last person, very helpful and kind. The dealership itself is really impressive. So many bikes displayed beautifully. It is worth it just to go see those bikes on the floor! Gorgeous. From what I understand they also offer riding lessons with very qualified people ( for a fee of course) and will work with you to find a bike that fits your body size and needs. Really awesome place.
