I recently purchased a 2025 Yamaha MY-07 from Bentley’s Powersports, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Nate, my salesman, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He had the expertise to guide me through the process of choosing the perfect bike for me. I also want to express my gratitude to the parts department at the store. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be looking to do more business with Bentley’s Powersports in the future.
I brought my dual bike on Wednesday morning jan 14 before 10 am. They did not touch it until January 22 after 5 pm. They mounted a security system. They drained my battery. I gave them a bike that started they took my nearly $600 and gave me a bike that will not start. I gave them a battery with 14.4 V and they gave me a battery with 11.1 V. Incompetence at its finest. Apparently they kick you out for telling the truth.
I had a great experience purchasing my 2nd KTM from Bentleys. I got a unicorn deal on a leftover model. Nate was super easy to work with, gave me an out the door figure over the phone, and when I arrived to pick it up there were no surprises. JJ was helpful in finance and got us in and out quickly. Nate gave me a run down on the break in period, service intervals, and helped me load the bike, giving me a great delivery experience. This is my 2nd KTM from Bentleys and will not be my last! I drove several hours to work with them and would do it again in a heartbeat. I recommend Nate and JJ to anyone wanting an amazing deal and purchasing experience.
We picked up a KTM E-XC from Bentley in August 2024 at a great price. I called and spoke to Nate, got an out the door quote and let him know we'll be there the next day. Nate had the bike ready and charged for us as promised. Bentley prepared all the paperwork and had us in and out in about 20 minutes tops. I drove 4 hours each way, no regrets. No hidden fees, no hassle. Their selection of new vehicles is huge, way larger than anyone close to Baltimore. Once I got home I double checked the assembly of the bike, found nothing loose and the chain was adjusted properly, ready to race. Super happy with Bentley, Nate and the KTM. We'll be back for a Side x Side next :)
I drove past this dealership for years dreaming of the day I would finally own a Yamaha. A few days ago, that day came. I bought a brand new 2025 Yamaha. What should have been one of the best weeks of my life quickly turned into frustration and disbelief. A couple days after picking it up, still unridden, I noticed a paint chip on the gas tank that goes all the way down to bare metal. It is small...smaller than a BB...but it is deep and clearly was not caused during transport. I babied the bike the entire way home. The chipped side was facing the back wall of my SUV, completely shielded. When I picked up the bike, I was shown only one side, the left side, where the choke and fuel controls are. That is what I was being walked through. The chipped side was turned away. I was never encouraged to walk around it or inspect it fully. I was told to “come look at the bike,” not inspect it in detail. Looking back, it felt like the damage was intentionally hidden. I guess I should have brought a magnifying glass with me when spending thousands of dollars on a new Yamaha. What makes this even worse is that paint chips on a gas tank are not just cosmetic...they can lead to rust, corrosion, and serious long-term issues. This is not something I should have to deal with on a brand new motorcycle. When I calmly asked for help, just a basic repair or reimbursement to cover a small $100 touch up, I was met with blame. JJ, the manager, said a mechanic claimed I was in front of the bike and should have seen it. Never mind that I was focused on what they were showing me. When I said, “So I guess you cannot help me and I will just have to take care of it myself,” JJ called me a “dick” and hung up on me. If I really wanted to be a problem, I could have pushed for a full paint job or even a fuel tank replacement. But I didn’t. I was reasonable and just asked for help fixing something that was clearly already there when I picked it up. That is how the manager speaks to someone who just bought a brand new Yamaha and politely asked for help fixing a small but legitimate issue. This was a big moment for me. I waited years to get this bike. Instead of feeling proud, I left feeling blamed and disrespected. Yamaha deserves better representation than this. in reply to the reply ... Your response is disappointing—but not surprising. Let’s set the record straight: at no point did I make any threats. Saying “you messed with the wrong person” after being called a “dick” and hung up on isn’t a threat. It’s a reaction to being disrespected, lied to, and blown off by someone who clearly never expected to be held accountable. If holding a dealership accountable is considered a threat, maybe the real issue is how little accountability you’re used to. I calmly asked for help with a legitimate issue..a small paint chip that exposes bare metal on the gas tank of a brand new, unridden Yamaha TW200. Instead of taking it seriously or offering a basic $100 fix, the manager doubled down on denial, deflected blame, and ended the conversation with a personal insult. Now you're trying to cover that up with vague, false accusations of “threats”? Come on. If you genuinely believed I was threatening you, you would’ve contacted authorities—not tossed a one-liner on Google and ghosted the facts. What’s more dangerous: a chip on a gas tank, or a dealership that lies when they get called out? I stand by every word of my review. And frankly, if I really wanted to cause problems, I would’ve asked for a full tank replacement or paint job—which I didn’t. All I wanted was a fair and professional resolution. Funny how no one mentioned “threats” until I posted a public review. The chip was smaller than a BB. The lie you're telling to avoid responsibility? Much bigger. Yamaha deserves better representation than this—and customers deserve better than being gaslit for speaking up.

Buying a snowmobile from Bentley's Motorcycles in Murrysville, Pennsylvania? Use this checklist to avoid costly surprises.
Inspect the track and slides
Lay the sled on its side and check the track for cracks, missing lugs, or cuts. Pull the track away from the slides and check for wear groove depth — worn slides increase drive noise and reduce efficiency.
Check the hood and tunnel for damage
Cracks in the hood or tunnel can signal a past crash. Look for mismatched or faded plastic, which often means replacement panels were installed after damage.
Inspect the carbides and skis
Carbide runners on the ski underside provide steering. Worn carbides (less than 3/16" remaining) reduce handling on packed snow. Ski replacement is inexpensive, but factor it into your offer.
Check coolant and oil
Pull the coolant reservoir cap and oil tank dipstick. Milky coolant signals water contamination. Low or dirty oil signals deferred maintenance. Ask ${dealerName} for service records.
Ask about storage and season history
A properly stored snowmobile — fuel stabilized, fogged engine, battery maintained — will start and run far better than one that sat neglected. Ask Bentley's Motorcycles about the unit's storage and riding history.
Snowmobile financing is seasonal. Knowing the basics helps you get the best deal at Bentley's Motorcycles in Murrysville, Pennsylvania before the riding season starts.
Typical Loan Terms
24 to 60 months is typical for snowmobile loans.
Down Payment
10% to 20% down is standard. Off-season purchases sometimes qualify for promotional rates.
Pro Tip
Get pre-approved by your bank before visiting Bentley's Motorcycles — it gives you a rate to compare against dealer financing.
Manufacturer finance programs (Ski-Doo, Polaris, Arctic Cat) often offer zero-interest or low-rate deals in the off-season. Ask Bentley's Motorcycles what programs are currently available. Buying in spring or summer often yields better financing deals than buying in fall.
