The gyst: haven't met anyone that wasn't friendly and knowledgeable, and haven't gotten a service we weren't satisfied with. The details: literally everyone is friendly and always finds time to chat while they work up whatever we need. The techs always do great work. With the number of jobs we've had done, they only messed up once, and they fixed it right away. They didn't try to shift blame or hide the mistake. They told us what happened, and fixed the issue with no cost to us. Most recently I had my front end aligned. I tried doing it myself, but I couldn't get it quite perfect. The tech pulled through for me and my bars are as good as new. Bell County Motoworks is most impressive, and we couldn't be happier with the service we've received.
When I arrived to pick up my bike (500 mile break in service and added parts), I found it in the parking lot with the key fob just sitting on the fairing for anyone to take. The trunk lining and all the contents were missing (still in shop and forgot to put back). Makes you wonder what else was forgotten or not tightened down if this is the level of simple quality checks being performed. Paid the full price with a "sorry" and out the door. Maybe they will build a new dealership closer with hiring employees with a better work ethic.
I have been riding motorcycles since the age of 9. I started riding street bikes at age 15. I have raced motocross, and owned more street bikes than I can recall. Now at age 47, I bought my first Indian. An I want to relate what an awesome experience it has been. For all the countless dealerships I have been in and all the purchase deals I have made, Bell has put them all to shame. This is by far the best dealership experience I have ever had. The shop itself is well laid out, clean, cool looking and well stocked. However, it’s the people that really make the place excellent. Very employee we met made us feel welcome, appreciated, and part of the family right out of the gate. The buying experience was streamlined lined, well thought out to answer all questions, and hosted by the different department leads to make sure you get to know the staff. The deal was a great price and they even fed us a taco lunch. It was a three hour drive for us to reach this dealer. An I would drive it again in a heartbeat for that experience. Even with the distance, they have made follow up and parts ordering easy for me. The relationship building here was peak perfection. I have already recommended a friend and told him I’ll drive with him just to visit again. Thank you Bell Motorworks for making the buying experience great again.
I am super grateful for Tessa, she helped me a lot in the process of choosing my new bike. It was a relief to have someone explain to me calmly, being a beginner motorcyclist it is necessary to have that support. Thanks to the entire dealer team for making my dream come true.
Wow, just WOW! What an experience Jerry, Tessa, Randy, Caitlin, Eric, and Jay provided my wife and me during our visit! Jerry worked with me online prior to my purchase via online and through texts. His responsiveness, knowledge of the motorcycles I was interested in, and no pressure sales technique was the main driver for me to ride 140 miles to Bell County Motoworks. Jerry had both bikes ready to test ride when I arrived and took me on a long, nice loop that allowed me to test all the features I was interested about on these amazing motorcycles. The buying process was painless and no pressure. Eric, Randy, Caitlin, Tessa, and Jay all went out of their way to ensure we understood what was available to us and the services they provide. Jerry reminded me about the "Honoring Heroes" program that Indian has available for Military, Police, and Firefighters. The program provides a $200 voucher for merch at the time of purchase and more importantly and additional year on the warranty! If you need a new motorcycle, Jerry at Bell County Motoworks is the guy to call! My only regret is that I’m not closer to them so I could use them for servicing my new Indian...well, I guess I'll have to make any trips south count in the future!

Buying a snowmobile from Bell County Motoworks in Temple, Texas? Use this checklist to avoid costly surprises.
Inspect the track and slides
Lay the sled on its side and check the track for cracks, missing lugs, or cuts. Pull the track away from the slides and check for wear groove depth — worn slides increase drive noise and reduce efficiency.
Check the hood and tunnel for damage
Cracks in the hood or tunnel can signal a past crash. Look for mismatched or faded plastic, which often means replacement panels were installed after damage.
Inspect the carbides and skis
Carbide runners on the ski underside provide steering. Worn carbides (less than 3/16" remaining) reduce handling on packed snow. Ski replacement is inexpensive, but factor it into your offer.
Check coolant and oil
Pull the coolant reservoir cap and oil tank dipstick. Milky coolant signals water contamination. Low or dirty oil signals deferred maintenance. Ask ${dealerName} for service records.
Ask about storage and season history
A properly stored snowmobile — fuel stabilized, fogged engine, battery maintained — will start and run far better than one that sat neglected. Ask Bell County Motoworks about the unit's storage and riding history.
Snowmobile financing is seasonal. Knowing the basics helps you get the best deal at Bell County Motoworks in Temple, Texas before the riding season starts.
Typical Loan Terms
24 to 60 months is typical for snowmobile loans.
Down Payment
10% to 20% down is standard. Off-season purchases sometimes qualify for promotional rates.
Pro Tip
Get pre-approved by your bank before visiting Bell County Motoworks — it gives you a rate to compare against dealer financing.
Manufacturer finance programs (Ski-Doo, Polaris, Arctic Cat) often offer zero-interest or low-rate deals in the off-season. Ask Bell County Motoworks what programs are currently available. Buying in spring or summer often yields better financing deals than buying in fall.
