Best customer service from beginning to end! We called inquiring about a vehicle, confirmed it was available, and by the time we got there on the coldest day of the year, the team had it warm and ready to test drive. We loved it. Sales and finance worked swiftly to get us out the door with our new car. They are personable and down to earth, did not push for a higher sale in any way. We would go back in a heartbeat for our next purchase. Highly recommend!
I drove 90 minutes to buy a slightly used Toyota Tacoma, and it was 100% worth it. The price was outstanding for what was essentially a like-new truck, and the staff were professional and very responsive throughout the process. The day after purchase, a previous windshield repair unexpectedly cracked due to extreme cold. I contacted my salesperson, Travis, after hours on a Friday (not expecting a response until Monday morning) and he responded within minutes. He arranged for a brand-new OEM windshield to be installed at a location convenient for me. Excellent service and follow-through. I highly recommend Bee Line Auto and would gladly buy from them again.
Very friendly staff mechanic was very professional and described everything he did. Would have gone 5 stars with a phone call. 1 1/2 hours later than told. A quick call would have been nice. I could have taken my mother in law home with the Costco groceries and come back(I live an hour away. I do understand things can go wrong( customer ahead of me), just a quick call would have helped. I will recommend to friends and I will definitely come back!
I went to St. Cloud Toyota and the vehicle I wanted to look at was sent to Beeline. Jeff from Toyota brought me down there and I bought the vehicle from Beeline. I notice a few days later a couple of things wrong. Called Chris and he said to bring it back and he will assess the problems. Chris called and said he found the problems and he would take care of them. A few days later I had my vehicle back and fixed. Chris being old school and standing by his word I will definitely buy again and I would recommend Beeline. Jeff O.
