I purchased my new Ducati Multistrada Pikes Peak from Bayside Ducati and couldn't be happier with everyone there! My buying and service experience have been fantastic and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a Ducati or Harley Davidson. So big shout out to Bernard, Anthony, Eric, Maci and Moe and the rest of the Bayside fam ;)
Ducati NA and District Ducati corrected everything and made me genuinely appreciative of this sale. Thank you all. The Buying Experience: I recently purchased a new Panigale V2 from Bayside Ducati on Friday, the 11th. Unfortunately, they were unable to locate the second key, and I still have not received it a week later. Additionally, the user manual was missing, and although I can download it, I prefer having a paper copy. The mirror was broken prior to my purchase, and I was assured that a new replacement was available. However, after completing the purchase, I was given a used mirror with bugs and road grime on it. I did not go through the financing process, so I have no comments on that aspect. Upon bringing the bike home, I discovered tools left inside from what I assume was assembly when I removed the seat to install trickle charger leads. The Service Department: During my first ride, at approximately mile 10, I received a low oil light and the bike began to overheat. I shut it down and towed it back to the dealer the following day. They were able to diagnose the problem in 3-4 days and gave it fixed just as quickly.
UPDATE!: So half. HALF of the services I requested weren't even DONE. Break rear master cylinder rebuild? Nope. Charged for it though. Old fluid still in there. Termi MAP reflash? Nope. Not done either. Still has the standard logo and lean out after fire on decel. Still no reply from management or even an attempt to make things right. Avoid at all costs. Blairs still cool though. This is more a warning to anyone who uses their service department. Blair (service writer) is awesome. 10/10 great dude. But the mechanic they have on staff somehow FORGOT to torque down my caliper bolts when rebuilding my forks. This was after about 20 miles. I'm not saying this would have killed me. But uh. If I needed brakes and didn't have any because (Brakecaliper has left the chat) it would have been a bad time. I don't give many reviews. Especially bad ones because we all make mistakes. But this one could have very well cost me my life.
Very bad, I think if you want to develop further, you must have more mechanics, not overtime.
Went to bayside with a few friends due to a buddys ducati being dropped off a tow truck and now searching for a replacement. I wasnt the customer but the staff was extremely friendly, they had tons of gear, clothing, and bikes in stock. Had a bike wash, food, and bounce house on that particular day- it was just all around an awesome vibe... minus a totaled 848 due to a reckless tow truck company. Cant speak for the pricing or final sale yet, but if i wanted to go ducati, id probably skip the other 2 i drove by to get here.
