I have a enjoyed a great experience with Ballard. My Kayo T4 has been running great since April 2021, and I have put in nearly 5k miles of all types of riding. Currently, it is my daily rider. The helpful folks over at Ballard get me the parts I can't find (there aren't many i can't get from Amazon). If you take care of these bikes, they'll last. You won't win races (mine is only a trail bike), but you will have a good time and get a lot of miles out of it.
I purchased a Big Cat Ebike from Ballard. Dave was super helpful and easy to work with. He had lots of advice and tips. They are moving away from the bikes, so Dave gave us a very nice sale price and set us up with needed accessories. I love the bike and would for sure come here in the future for other vehicles I might need.

We bought a Hisun Secter 750 from Jacklyn 2 years ago and it’s preformed flawlessly. It’s run up and down the property without a single hitch. This year my wife got me a pull behind mower and it works wonderful. Taking my mowing time from 5 days to about 6 hours. Jacklyn was great at the point of sale and has continued to be a pleasure to work with on anything else we might need. Oh if one of us uses the SxS without taking the dog boy are we in trouble.
