Let me tell you about the level of service I received from Jeff Cober, a salesperson at Avalanche HD. I am in my sixties and have purchased more cars than I can remember and four road bikes from various dealerships. This was my first experience at Avalanche, and I have never experienced anything like it. From the moment I shook Jeff’s hand to the moment I took possession of my new bike, he delivered exceptional and personable service. He was never trying to make a sell. He was trying to help me find what I wanted and ensure my needs and wants were met. I walked in with four distinctly different models I was interested in and he patiently walked me through each one, identifying what checked off my list and what’d did not. Jeff made it clear that I could ride any bike on the floor, but only rode two before I knew I had the bike for me. Jeff ensured the rest of the process went great.
