I visited the dealership after viewing their inventory online and came in about an hour before closing to see a bike I was seriously interested in purchasing. As I walked in, I felt unwelcome, several employees gave me uncomfortable and dirty looks, and after I submitted a finance application and did not qualify, there were remarks made that came across as rude and unprofessional. I was prepared to purchase the bike the same day and was even ready to pay in cash, but I ultimately decided not to move forward due to how I was treated. I understand arriving later in the day isn’t ideal, but that doesn’t justify disrespectful behavior toward any customer.

Competitive prices. Bike was clean and maintained. Fresh oil change before I even asked. Thorough and considerate staff. They even delivered the bike. Compared to other places I've shopped around at, their shipping prices were low too because they shipped in-house.
Just bought a 2024 Kawasaki Eliminator from them about a week ago. Love the bike so far. Very patient and helpful team! The bikes are exactly as shown online, and the pictures are the actual bikes, not stock images as is sometimes the case. There's not a lot of used motorcycle dealers in the NYC area, and I found their prices to be among the best of the options. Would recommend.
