Had my machine snorkeled here. Huge regret everything is loose and put together sideways. Two rubber connections came apart immediately. Bike was there for 3 weeks. I was told not to go here and wanted to give them a chance, never again.
Just a normal guy who happens to have two AMA MX/HS Titles. I’ve have been to lots of different dealers for parts and service over the years. I normally wouldn’t leave a comment but I want to share about my experience at ARS Powersports. Walking in the door you’re quickly greeted by the friendly, kind, knowledgeable and most of all helpful staff waiting to assist. They have a great on-hand selection of bike and accessories along with a sales and service staff that’s is eager to help you out no matter if your buying a new bike as my wife and mort I just did or getting parts for a classic like my 1996YZ250 or 1995z50. They have consistently made things easy each step of the way and I’m happy to say I will be returning to them for all my future off-road needs! If your looking for a dealer that is about making relationships and not just squeezing you for a deal with no care for you experience then ARS is the place to go they will get you on the right track with a great deal and the support along the way to help with anything you might need for your off-road adventures!
I went to various dealerships looking at can am defenders and Honda Pioneers. When I arrived at ARS, Greg spent more time with me than anyone at any other dealership in Central Florida. I appreciated the quality effort in answering all my questions that I had. I decided to place a down payment on a new 2026 Can am defender HD11 XMR. It arrived a month early and I was able to pick it up yesterday. Greg was very efficient in going over all the features of the new machine. Couldn't be anymore happier with the customer service that he provided.
Great people to work with. They make you feel like family every time going in there without pressure. I have bought many bikes over the years there with most recent purchase being a 2025 Kawasaki 112 with lita. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Maelin did my financing, good pricing without any surprises. I was in and out in no time. Will purchase there again.
I took my bike in for waranty and left it for two weeks and they returned my bike back with corrosión. They are good at selling but they are not good at taking care of your vehicule. So heads up if you are planning on leaving your vehicule there because I'm sure you dont want that happening to your brand new vehicule that just came out of the dealership.
