Jake and the staff were very helpful in showing us the unit we were looking for, and there wasn't any pressure pushing a new trailer over the used one we wanted to see. We felt much better about going to a more local business rather than a national chain, and seeing the attention they give customers, we have no regrets. We want this unit to last a good long time, but if we want to upgrade in the future, we will definitely come back to Alpin Haus.

My insurance deemed my RV a total loss but during the extremely long wait for them to reach that decision, Alpin Haus was absolutely amazing! The estimate was given timely and they understood what needed to be repaired professionally. Natasha was very helpful and a pleasure to speak with. She even got my license plates off and my EZ pass out when I had forgot to retrieve them before the salvage yard towed my RV. She arranged to have Gus escort me to my RV even after the service center was closed so I could clean out the RV before pick up. And Gus even shoved the way for me to get in the RV. I could not have been more pleased with Alpin Haus and their staff and would go there to purchase another RV when ready and also get service there. 5 stars!
