So I have had this bike for a year. During the last year, it has been nothing but issues. I had to have the carb rebuilt (by a professional shop and they stated the carb was screwed to begin with) and then replaced within the first month. Then the kickstart was jacked up, then more issues on top of issues. This bike has roughly 15 maybe 20 hours on it and even then, every ride had a problem. My friend bought her sons first bike from here as well.. nothing but issues, to the point where she got rid of it and bought a used one somewhere else. I would not recommend buying a bike from this shop.
The service here is outstanding. They upgraded my cart with new batteries and accessories, and everything works perfectly. Highly recommend this place for anything golf-cart related.
I brought my older cart in for repairs and they treated it like new. Fast turnaround, honest pricing, and great communication throughout. Couldn’t ask for better service.
As an avid cycler most of my life I was hesitant in buying a foreign product , especially a scooter.. but, I was so delighted when I found the ROSSI force 200. It is absolutely dependable , and it has a one year warranty. it gets me where I need to go, it has 80 miles to the gallon. I highly recommend this place they are awesome people and really do take care of you . UPDATE: I've put on 2250 miles and no problems.
Where to start, the guys in side the shop were great. I bought an Apollo 250cc on 1/29/21. I was talking to the service guy he told me how to do the brake in period. My first time out I was on a small down hill grade and the handle bar moved and went forward. Unfortunately I ended up laying the bike down. I broke a fairing. I wasn't looking for anything I decided I should email the company and let them know that this happened to me. Just so it wouldn't happen to anyone else. A few days went by and no reply. So I did the brake in period and figured I would call and set up an appointment to service my bike. When I told them what happen to my handle bars. He just said we'll talk about it when you come in to get serviced. So they got my email but never called or decided to reply.. I decided I'll service my own bike so I opened the oil cap and the dip tubing broke off inside the crack case. So I had to rip it all apart to remove the plastic. I would just like for the owner to know about this. Also I have pictures on the plastic in the crack case or gear box. I had friend with me that saw the handle bars move forward with little to no abuse.
