The team from end-to-end is second to none! From the sales experience, to the financing, and throughout the entire process I felt comfortable. I highly recommend this dealership and my salesman Miles!
Got a bike here for my dad and the whole process went really smooth. The staff was super helpful and made everything easy from start to finish. They took their time walking us through the details and didn’t rush or pressure us at all, which I really appreciated. When we picked it up, there were a few small scratches on the bike, but they were upfront about it and told us they’d get it approved and fixed through Honda. It’s nice to see a shop that actually stands by what they sell instead of trying to brush things off. Everyone there was friendly, honest, and you can tell they actually care about bikes and their customers. Definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had at a dealership. I’d 100% come back here again and recommend them to anyone looking for a new ride!
Awesome Shopping experience! Incredibly knowledgeable staff and buying experience was low key and smooth just like a long weekend RIDE. Miles Doss helped me take home my Dream Bile on Friday after a hard week’s work. Shout out to Curtis on the assist! He was exceptional and handed me back to Miles when he found out Inhad talked with him previously. Incredibly honorable and speaks of the integrity of this shop and its staff! Chad my man! Got all the paperwork knocked out quickly. This is my Second purchase from 5th Gear Cycle and I look forward to many more in the future!
This is a great company to buy from. Kurtis helped me with a new Challenger purchase. The owner showed me a lot of integrity and was a great character( Man of his word!). Randy was also involved with the deal and really went far and beyond to make the deal happen. They have a great selection and I highly recommend them. They gave me the best deal in the Nation on a new motorcycle! Thanks y"all.
Most unprofessional staff I’ve ever met. They sold me a bike without having possession of the title & it still had a lien from previous owner. After day 45 of not receiving title, (OK allows 60 days from purchase to tag) I call again to see where they’re at with getting lien release & title possession. The secretary immediately remembers who I am & says the dealership is about to get the lien release & will be sending the title out soon. (Same thing I’ve heard for a month.) I ask what’s actually going on & I was told “we never had possession of the title, sorry it’s taking so long.” So I request that if the title is not in my possession within the 60 day period allowed, that I receive all funds back & return the bike. (Not a crazy request.. Can’t drive it if it’s not legal, right?) I am then transferred to Chad Smith, current owner. He proceeds to tell me he has no idea why I am acting this way and after further not so nice conversation, tells me I have no idea what I’m talking about & yells over the phone “YOU WILL HAVE YOUR TITLE TOMORROW, IF NOT ILL JUST BUY THE DAMN BIKE BACK CAUSE THATS WHAT YOU WANT ANYWAY” & hung up. The wife calls 5 mins later to speak to someone about legal action & submit a formal complaint & what do you know, they have the title now & will send it out today. Title shows up UPS, soaking wet with the stamping & signatures barely legible. Not sure what that was about but oh well I guess, the bike got tagged & they aren’t facing legal action so win, win right. Moral of the story is the bike is exactly what was advertised & runs fine but they’ll sell you a unit w/o owing it & give you utter hell to get proof of ownership. Fully expecting a dealer reply to this review. Let’s hear your side Chad.

Buying a snowmobile from 5th Gear Cycle in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma? Use this checklist to avoid costly surprises.
Inspect the track and slides
Lay the sled on its side and check the track for cracks, missing lugs, or cuts. Pull the track away from the slides and check for wear groove depth — worn slides increase drive noise and reduce efficiency.
Check the hood and tunnel for damage
Cracks in the hood or tunnel can signal a past crash. Look for mismatched or faded plastic, which often means replacement panels were installed after damage.
Inspect the carbides and skis
Carbide runners on the ski underside provide steering. Worn carbides (less than 3/16" remaining) reduce handling on packed snow. Ski replacement is inexpensive, but factor it into your offer.
Check coolant and oil
Pull the coolant reservoir cap and oil tank dipstick. Milky coolant signals water contamination. Low or dirty oil signals deferred maintenance. Ask ${dealerName} for service records.
Ask about storage and season history
A properly stored snowmobile — fuel stabilized, fogged engine, battery maintained — will start and run far better than one that sat neglected. Ask 5th Gear Cycle about the unit's storage and riding history.
Snowmobile financing is seasonal. Knowing the basics helps you get the best deal at 5th Gear Cycle in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma before the riding season starts.
Typical Loan Terms
24 to 60 months is typical for snowmobile loans.
Down Payment
10% to 20% down is standard. Off-season purchases sometimes qualify for promotional rates.
Pro Tip
Get pre-approved by your bank before visiting 5th Gear Cycle — it gives you a rate to compare against dealer financing.
Manufacturer finance programs (Ski-Doo, Polaris, Arctic Cat) often offer zero-interest or low-rate deals in the off-season. Ask 5th Gear Cycle what programs are currently available. Buying in spring or summer often yields better financing deals than buying in fall.
