Really like my rv had a few problems but they were taken care of under warranty
The size, the quality, the floor plan. Has a great bath room. Traded a 28f Fleetwood Storm for this.
I have a 2016 Tiffin Phaeton 40qbh and we just live our RV. she turns head when we travel. It feel so comfortable as if we were in our own home. If I could change anything I would have a digital dash, a television that comes up, the spider control system, and chrome not polished rims.
It was lightweight, airy, and modern-looking with a great price point.
This is my 5th RV. It is the best built RV I have owned with the fewest problems. It has the highest build quality. It is the best towing trailer I have owned. My previous trailers were made by Jayco, Sabre, and Columbus; the latter being back to the factory 4 times.
Comfortable, reliable, easy to maintain, a true home away from home. Only thing missing was remote door locks on the E-350 cab.
Very well built, unbelievable storage. A name in RVING you can trust. The floor plan fit our needs perfectly.
Everything! Got more than I wanted for a good price. In my weight range for my truck, enough room for a few people, got all the comforts of my home. I was comparing this with pop-ups.
Customer service started out great but after getting close to the end of warranty, it began to go down hill
Our rv is easy to tow love the floor plan great storage we have gotten olds we would like one level and more closet space but we love our 5 th wheel
