Constantly in the shop. Covid built rush job. Plus Camping World is the worst dealership ever....

Terrible product. Nothing but issues from day one.
The service is terrible. We bought a 2022 keystone rapture. One of the surround screens on the side patio was ripped. They promised to fix it! That was almost 2 years ago. We can’t get anyone from Optimum RV Spartanburg to fix it. They gave us the run around for 2 years. All I want is for them to fix the problem. The refrigerator drawers were cracked and have holes in them. They will not replace it!!! Please help us get this RV fixed
We have had nothing but issues with our Jayco Pinnacle that we have had for only 14 months. With no help from the dealership or Jayco.
It has spent more time in the shop then it has anywhere else. You could offer me an all expense paid vacation and if anything has the Gulfstream name on I'll pass

RV has been a lemon. Used it 2 time since I bought it in 2019 as a new holdover and has been in for repairs since July 12 2019 and I still haven't received it. This RV has made hate RVs!
Overall Amenities was the selling-point. Value of usefulness was my process on purchase decision. Built-in dishwasher would have been the ideal feature I wish it had. I look at about all non-luxury models

They waited almost a month and a half before they paid my previous loan off, which got my flagged as a month late on my credit report, which will be there for seven years just a horrible overall experience with travel camp
