We had a great experience with Windish. We were first time camper buyers and Aaron was great with my husband and I. He never pressured us, he never made us feel like we had to buy right now, and he was extremely knowledgeable and straight forward. Peggy with all the finance aspect was great. She was very nice and informative. Chris, our walk thru guy, was great! Let us pick his brain and taught us everything we needed to know about our camper and hitch. Would highly recommend Windish to anyone looking to buy a camper!
My best RV purchasing experience hands down. Shopping for my fourth RV I stopped in at Windish. My salesperson Rob took great care to understand my needs and wants, then showed me units that fit my requirements. There was zero pressure while he took me from unit to unit, and back again for my comparison notes. Pick Up Day: I was greeted by Rob, then spent time with Peggy to close the deal (again, no high pressure upsales). Chris, the RV tech walked me through every inch of operations. Being an experienced RV'er I kept my mouth shut, my ears open and learned a lot! Chris then assisted me in finding the accessories I had planned to buy specifically for this unit. Rob even helped with my hitch install and closed the day by making sure I was satisfied with everything. Post Sell/Shake Down: I have a couple of upgrades that are in the works as well a a few minor maintenance issues that you always discover after the first road trip. Service Manager Brian has been great to work with, keeping me apprised on special order delivery dates and providing expert support as needed. Bottom line, Windish is a family owned business with a great team to support their customers. Their customer service is unmatched. Let's face it, RVs are not inexpensive, and you need a great team behind you every step of the way. I highly recommend the Windish team to help you on your next Adventure.
We drove two hours to buy our trailer from Windish. They were the only place in Colorado that had the trailer we were looking for. Our experience was amazing from the moment we got there. Scott greeted us and showed us the trailer. He was nice,informative, but not pushy. Once we decided to take it, he easily made us a better deal than the one we had located out of state. I just want to say that they made us feel like family. We liked Windish so much that we continued to make the two hour drive to go back for service needs. The service department experience was just as good as sales. Bill took care of us. You could tell he really cared and took amazing care of our trailer. If I could give Windish ten stars, I would.
We purchased a new travel trailer last weekend from Windish and from start to finish had a great experience. Scott Cancil made sure to stay in constant touch whenever we needed anything or had questions. He assisted us with taking things off of our trade in trailer which helped tremendously while we did our walk through. Bobby with financing was very thorough and knowledgeable about warranty and extended warranty questions and options. We left his office feeling comfortable knowing everything that we had purchased and what was written down about expected warranty repairs. Ian (from service) did our walkthrough and went above and beyond with giving us the tour, answering questions, addressing minor issues we found. He took the time to make minor repairs immediately and also installed a vent cover. When we were placing our own sway bar on to the new travel trailer, Ian stayed the entire time and made sure that we did it correctly, most importantly…safely. He was really so accommodating and awesome. We can’t say enough about the attention he gave us when he didn’t have to. We appreciated him very much. This was our second purchase from Windish RV and both times now, the staff and the process were friendly, seamless and thorough. We left, once again, satisfied customers.
