We drove 4 hours one way to pick our RV. The customer service here is phenomenal. We loved the reviews and felt comfortable making a large purchase from this dealer. There were some hiccups but at no fault of the dealer. They handled them well and we are very satisfied!
Jessi was our salesperson and was outstanding! The entire team was very helpful and honest with us about a few things. They will have all our camping business in the future. Treston was great with our financing. We spoke several times throughout the week. He was very knowledgeable and helped us find the best rate.
We have had a great experience with Wildcat RV - we found the exact RV we wanted - they didn’t have that model in stock, but ordered it for us with a small deposit down. There were a couple of MFG delays - not their fault - but actually got it in sooner than we were initially expecting. Everyone has been super helpful with the entire process. Also - forgot to mention this part - they were close to $3000 less than the 4 other dealers on the exact same model. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
My husband and I found our dream RV locally in North Carolina. The dealership was overcharging for the camper, so we looked on RV Trader to see if any other dealerships had what we were looking for at a better price, and Wildcat RV did! I called and Jessie answered the phone and made everything super simple. Treston was helpful as well with all the financial pieces. We drove 6 1/2 hours Saturday morning and got our RV! They were incredibly sweet (offered to buy us lunch, took us through their store to educate us on items we may need, gave us a great rundown of our RV, etc). We stayed in it Saturday night at a campsite in Asheville, and we have really enjoyed it so far! I'm so appreciative of how much Wildcat cared about their customers. It was like they have known us forever :) We will definitely buy our future RVs from them in the future!
We stopped by Wildcat RV when we first started looking for a new camper. We spoke with Jessie and she was awesome! She was friendly and helpful and answered my husbands MANY questions without losing her cool! We decided we wanted to keep looking just to see our options but ultimately came back to Wildcat because of all the places we looked ( and there was alot) nobody else treated us as nicely as they did at Wildcat. We are happy with our purchase and will definitely come back in the future when we are ready to trade. Highly recommend Jessie and Treston, the finance manager, along with everyone else that we meet at Wildcat!
