Valley RV Supercenter is proud of its rich and unique history in the RV industry. In 1966 Frank Lee, President, his partner and vice president, Ron Claudon and two other gentlemen visited a small factory in Forest City, Iowa which they had been doing business with selling their truck canopies and travel trailers. This trip was the start of something big, and these 4 gentlemen were soon driving back home to Auburn, WA. in 4 of the first 10 Winnebago motor homes ever produced.

Purchased our 2025 Jayco PINNACLE 32RLTS from Valley RV Supercenter, Kent, WA and it was worth the drive from Arizona to retrieve it! Jared Clark in sales and his support team were responsive in every detail to my plethora of questions and willing to extend a price that hands down no Arizona RV dealer was willing to entertain. Several months after purchase I needed some add on parts and Leslie, Parts Manager was super helpful and had them shipped to me same week!! A BIG SHOUT OUT to the entire team at Valley RV Supercenter in beautiful Kent, Washington!!!
Was looking to upgrade from my 19 ft trailer to something more roomy. Didn’t know what I was looking for and after about a month of looking found a new Jayco fifth wheel. ❤️. Jerad and the crew at Valley RV were awesome (and patient) with my multiple drop ins to look at the fifth wheel until I made my decision. Overall great experience. Would recommend. Also, Richard and the service crew have been awesome with my requests for fixes. Our tech that did our walkthrough was also incredible (I think his name was James but I’ll update this if I find out). Super happy with my RV upgrade. Thanks team.
My wife and I went to Valley RV Supercenter to look at purchasing a brand new 2025 jayco travel trailer and had the pleasure of working with Chance. He was very helpful and made the process of looking at trailers easy, fun, and not stressful. While there we decided to look at a couple other options that were slightly more and a little bigger and ultimately ended up trying to purchase one of the trailers we didn't originally go there to look at. For finance we were introduced to Travis and he was amazing as well! Unfortunately we were unable to purchase the trailer due to a few issues on our end. We ended up deciding to hold off. When the day comes, we will absolutely be going to them first to look at another trailer! Valley RV Supercenter won our future business after several bad experiences with a couple other local RV dealers. Highly recommend going and seeing them! Can't thank them enough for being genuine and just so helpful during our experience.
The group at Valley RV Supercenter are awesome to deal with. Starting with our salesman Nate, he was very knowledgeable and just a great person to deal with. Derek in financing was respectful and explained everything very clearly without pressure. Tim in service explained how things would work if the need for service ever arose. And finally David the tech that did our walkthrough. He explained things and didn’t rush us through. Overall just a great experience. If you are shopping for a RV I can’t recommend them enough. From the moment we walked in to the moment we finished up everything was first class.
We absolutely love our new RV, and the whole experience at Valley RV Supercenter was amazing from start to finish! After having a bad experience at another dealership, working with Nate was a breath of fresh air. He was super helpful, professional, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The entire team was fantastic. Derek in finance, Travis who helped us with all the paperwork, and Scott who walked us through the inspection. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel really taken care of. One special touch we really appreciated was the red carpet they rolled out for us on the day we picked up the RV, such a thoughtful idea that made us feel truly special and excited about our purchase.
