We had wonderful service by Caitlin, Steve, Jeremy and Bear this afternoon 02 28 2026. Caitlin greeted us immediately with a smile and directed us to the service counter. We were there to pick up our Forest River pop-up that had a few issues. We had brought our pop-up Wednesday 02 25 2026. Jeremy initially spoke to us the day we dropped it off. Jeremy was friendly and listened intently to determine the extent of the problem.The repairs were done quick and professionally. Steve called today to let us know it was ready to pick up. Steve had customers already and he was kind and patient to each one he helped. Bear brought our camper around and hooked it up to our truck. Bear was kind and knowledgeable also as he rang up other items we needed. The atmosphere of the entire place was friendly, efficient,and clean. Even the bathrooms were extremely well maintained. In a world where customer service, pride in what you do, and a clean shop is almost extinct, you all knocked it out of the park. Thank you for everything.

As others have said their selection is large. Almost to the point of being overwhelmingly to a novice RV customer. Luckily, our salesperson was Shannon Johnson who walked us through not just the RV's but the pros and cons of the different ones, the options, the financing and their after service sales support and warranty. He did this while getting to know our family to the point that my 16yo said " wow he's good I really like him it's like he actually cares." For those of you reading this whole have teens you know that is high praise. Would recommend Unlimited and HIGHLY recommend Shannon Johnson.

My wife and I stopped by Unlimited RV at Lake of the Ozarks. A gentleman by the name of Shannon assisted us in viewing and explaining RV options available for sale. Not only was it a pleasant experience, we felt no pressure, which is important to us. The information provided by Shannon was very in-depth for each of the units. My experience was nothing short of fantastic. The staff, The amazing inventory, and the service we received was second to none. We were helped by Shannon Johnson, his knowledge of all of the different RVs, Plus the Ozark area in general was so very helpful.
