There was so much laughter, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. This vehicle was a wonderful birthday gift for my brother after his car was totaled. The amount provided by the insurance company allowed him to purchase the one car on the lot that was the perfect fit for him. I have seen the Lord faithfully come through in my brother’s life time and time again, and this vehicle felt custom-made just for him—not only in size, but in the make, model, mileage, and the thoughtful upgrades from the previous owner. It truly matched the desires of his heart. What made this experience even more special is that my mom simply Googled a Nissan Altima, and this car popped up. She prayed and asked the Lord to hold the vehicle until everything was finalized on my brother’s end, and even asked that the price come down so it would be affordable with the insurance payout. We purchased our new RV from Truck City Rv without any issues. Jon helped us with our questions and financing. Edgar helped us with our Rv pickup and educational walk through. We felt welcome and comfortable from start to finish.

bought an rv here, was told it will be cleaned, and a couple random things will be taken care of. they said they can deliver but it's a couple weeks out so we told them we would pick it up after the pdi (pre delivery inspection) was done. which was an additional 1000 dollars. called multiple times to see if it was ready to pick up and it took two weeks for it to be done. we went up there to pick up it was in the same spot still hooked up the same as when we bought it two weeks ago. it had NOT been cleaned, and the things promised not completed. was told you got a deal on it you should be happy. (we paid what they asked for plus the 1000 for the pdi, we didn't Hassel the price). pretty standard to have a clean rv when you purchase one. all they offered was to have us drive the 40 mins to drop off the trailer to get a detail. this is unprofessional. would not recommend buying from them. Absolutely the best! We bought a truck from them and I would give them 10-Stars if it was possible. They have great customer service, are informed and their team goes through every vehicle to ensure that they are in top-notch shape. Couldn't be more pleased. I was concerned buying a pre-owned (used) truck, but it has ended out to be a great buy.
