I had a great experience with the whole team here. I was looking for a specific model and they had one at a fantastic price, so I was traveling from out of state to pick it up. They communicated great via email and even sent me a personal walkthrough video so I could see everything before making the trip. Upon arrival, everyone was super friendly and helpful. I felt zero pressure to purchase accessories (though I did anyway) and was able to get in and out rather quickly. I would definitely recommend this place! Thanks for everything!

We don’t normally write negative reviews—only positive ones—but after nearly a year, we feel it’s important to share our experience in hopes it helps improve service for others. We purchased a new camper from Trailer World and encountered multiple quality and service issues from day one. On pickup, the brand new camper was extremely dirty despite being in their possession for months. More concerning were functional problems that were pointed out immediately, including a door latch that was repeatedly promised to be fixed before we left—but never was. Additional issues appeared quickly: loose fittings causing leaks, poor interior finish work, and a refrigerator that stopped working within days. While some issues may have originated with the manufacturer, they were not caught or addressed prior to delivery. The most serious and costly problem involved our upgraded lithium battery system, which was installed incorrectly, by Trailer World, and would not charge. After many unanswered calls, we were eventually told TW could not help and were referred to the manufacturer. Go Power confirmed the batteries were improperly installed and never should have been set up that way. Fixing this has cost us thousands of dollars and countless hours, and we are still working through it a year later, discovering more shoddy work. Today, it was a butt splice hidden in a wire loom, dropping from 8ga to 10ga, and limiting solar current. We believe the original owners cared deeply about their work, but under current ownership, quality control and customer follow-through appear to have declined. We understand that problems happen—what matters is responsiveness and support when they do. If you’re considering Trailer World, we recommend confirming that service standards have improved or ensuring you live close enough to return easily if issues arise. We hope the business can return to the level of care it once had and wish them well.

We bought a small used trailer that was exactly what we were looking for at a great price. It was easy to check it out with zero pressure from sales. Every step of the process was simple and thorough. Buying used we knew there was some degree of risk but we felt as confident as possible that they had checked the basic systems and they gave us a great walkthrough of everything. Highly recommend.

We were looking for a dealership who was upfront with their pricing, didn’t play games with fees, and wasn't a high pressured sales environment. The reviews pointed us to Trailer World of Colorado in Henderson, Colorado. We connected with Paige and set up an appointment for a Saturday morning to look over a couple of units we found on their website. When we got there they directed us to the units we were interested in and let us explore the features on our own. That was nice to be able to chat about the unit without feeling pressured. Everything was just as they described online, including the price. There were no extra fees tacked on and no other surprises with the cost. After purchasing the camping unit, they went over it thoroughly to make sure everything functioned before we picked it up. At pick up a fine young man named Jesus went over everything inside and out of the camper. He made sure we knew how it operate all of the features. John in service installed a 7 point plug on our vehicle while we got the tour. We are very happy with the outcome and would recommend Trailer World of Colorado to others.
