We had a great experience here. We came in looking for a used unit, they showed us three including the one we had our eyes on. Dan was an awesome sales associate. The accounting advisor was very helpful and knowledgeable. Eric was also great to work with. We were very happy with their team and how easy they made this process for us! Would highly recommend this location.

We just traded in our 2015 Jayco for a stunning 2020 Vanleigh Beacon fifth wheel, and our experience with Trailer Source in Frederick has been nothing short of exceptional. From the start, we knew we were in good hands. We’d actually been referred to Trailer Source by our go-to small business RV repair shop after struggling to find a specific part for our Jayco that no other dealer in Colorado could get their hands on. Sure enough, Trailer Source had the part in stock and ready for us. As luck would have it, they also happened to be the exact location of the Beacon we’d been eyeing online. A little serendipitous, I think. Dan, our sales rep, went above and beyond—meeting us first thing in the morning to tour the Beacon and answer every question. The minute we stepped inside, we knew this was the right rig for our family. Dan made the entire purchasing process seamless and stress-free, guiding us step by step with genuine care and professionalism. Matt in finance was equally fantastic. He worked hard to get us a great deal, walked us through warranty options, and made sure everything was clear and practical. No surprises, no gimmicks—just honest help to get us on the road. We also had the pleasure of working with Jeremy, the general manager. He was incredibly knowledgeable and approachable—just a down-to-earth person who clearly cares about his customers. We needed to pick up our trailer the same day we purchased it, and somehow the whole team pulled off the impossible and got everything prepped and ready so we could be rolling that night. We were able to transfer all our belongings smoothly, thanks to their extra effort. One of the highlights of the entire experience was Glenn, the service technician who prepped our Beacon for delivery. Glenn is hands-down the most thorough and skilled tech we’ve ever worked with. He caught every small detail—little trim pieces that needed adjusting, tiny fixes most people would overlook—and took care of them all without hesitation. He spent extra time walking us through every feature until we felt completely confident with our new rig. He’s the kind of person you can trust to be upfront and meticulous, and I would request him personally for any future service in a heartbeat. We were also helped out immensely by Kenney, another service technician who was a huge help with maneuvering our trailer in and out of the parking lot, and making sure that we had any support we needed during the “move” from trailer to trailer. The service staff over here is best-in-class as far as I’m concerned! We’ve purchased several RVs over the years from different dealers, but this was by far the most straightforward, transparent, and enjoyable experience we’ve ever had. If you’re thinking about buying a trailer or fifth wheel, do yourself a favor and go see Dan, Matt, and Jeremy at Trailer Source in Frederick. They are second to none! Highly recommended—you won’t regret it.

We love our Rpod 192, but wanted something a hair bigger. Trailer Source made it so easy. It was a pleasure to work with everyone. Brought home a new Rpod 205.

Just purchased a 2022 aliner from Trailer Source in Frederick. It was the easiest experience buying an rv or car I've ever had. Dan was great up front, even met me at the door when I arrived. Matt was the first finance manager I've ever had who saved me money after the sale with great financing options, and Glenn was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough helping me get my car equipped properly for the tow. These guys will get all my future business without a doubt.

Great purchasing experience. Glenn was so meticulous about teaching us alllll about our new fifth wheel. Thanks so much!
