there is a reason why Tim and Jeff get high ratings. they fix what needs to be fixed, they sell you what you need and nothing that you don't. I was tripping breakers, they went from one end to the other, checked every socket, every wire, took the breaker panel apart checked everything. turns out it was just a couple issues and they found them, fixed them, and everything works fine. I have used others and Ive had to bend over when I got the bill and it wasn't fixed right. Tim is honest and if you are lucky enough for him to fit you in, go for it
I've had tim and his son out a few times to do different things on our toyhauler. Yesterday had them out for a fridge swap and it turned out amazing. Our rig is older its a 1997 and he has been able to remedy issues and obtain parts needed for various other jobs. We plan to have him come back out to upgrade other things as well. They are top notch at everything they do! Highly recommend them to anyone looking to get rv repairs done. They are also priced extremely fair!
Tim was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose my issue over the phone. What I thought was a major issue was a simple one. I would highly recommend speaking with him before taking on any projects you're not familiar with. He saved me a lot of time and money. 100% reliable.
The only mobile repair service to return my call. My fifth wheel furnace wasn't working. He thought he could talk me through diagnosis and repair over the phone and patiently explained and reexplained the steps I needed to take. We fixed the problem and used up a good 15 or 20 minutes of his time at no charge. He was patient, friendly and very knowledgeable. I celebrated my lucky day with a glass of wine.
We have had Tim and his son come over twice; each time they did an extremely thorough job and charged us a very fair price. Even though our rig is older, they had the necessary parts or were able to adjust. Their experience with other older rvs really came in handy. Tim also did a great job at explaining what they were doing and walking us through our options. They were very accommodating for having to work around pets and in a tight space. These are the go to repair guys!
