He responded extremely quick and made the whole process smooth from the start. A huge shoutout to James in finance, who worked fast and got us the exact deal we wanted with no hassle. Lisa was also incredible—she took the time to show us the camper multiple times even when she didn’t have to, and never made us feel rushed. On pickup day, Jed gave us a great walkthrough and made sure we felt confident and ready to go. Jeff also helped with the walkthrough and gave us a seamless hitch tutorial, which we really appreciated. Overall, this was a really great experience from beginning to end. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient team—highly recommend!

Since we moved here from San Diego, CA 3 years ago we have been using the Great Outdoors RV for our winterizing , maintenance and now for an upgrade opportunity on our Unity Twin Bed, Leisure Travel Van (LTV UTB24). The house batteries were wearing out causing the levelers to not work. So we went with the upgrade to Lithium batteries. This required an upgrade to the Inverter and solar controller. Now we have a beefed up setup that provides 1000W at 50A. Let the boondocking begin! Dustin has been our service writer for all our work and he is top notch. If he doesn't have the information he will find it and this only builds on his knowledge and ability to help all customers. I know that he is always honest with me telling me about different ways we can go about a repair or modification. He took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we were completely comfortable with our new RV and had everything we needed before we hit the road. Recently, I had the pleasure of the best experience ever for purchasing a vehicle, thanks to the team at The Great Outdoors RV. I want to shout out everyone who made our interaction feel welcoming and made us truly believe we were more than just another sale. It started with walking in the door and meeting Lisa who focused on our plans and needs. She spent a great deal of time discussing our requirements, walking us through models in available inventory and those available from the manufacturer. We were never rushed and believe our requests were at the forefront of her efforts from that point and even after we drove away with a new camper. She has checked in several times to ensure all is well. Joey would drop by to check in on our discussions and later delivery, always offering to assist if needed, again all the way through the transaction. During our visit where we took ownership and completed the paperwork, most often the 'groan' time of any vehicle purchase, James made the time pass quickly and comfortably as he finalized all documents with us. His easy, professional manner was welcome as well as his ability to answer any questions we had. We were very fortunate to have Jeff provide us with the first in-depth walk through of our camper where he performed a thorough review of all electronics, mechanical components and system controls. He explained each feature and re-explained cheerfully when I asked him to go over certain things 'one more time, please'. We were not rushed during the walk through with Jeff inquiring many times if we had any questions. Jeff assisted with selecting several in-store products without any pressure to buy and then later assisted in the final hook up as we departed. I had some special assistance on several occasions from John in the parts department when discussing the hitch requirements as well as a few discussions on the merits of newer lithium batteries. He spoke to me at length in person and answered a few phone calls when I was making a final decision. His depth of knowledge is was extremely valuable. Last was Dustin in helping with final purchases of extra items and my follow up email request on sending purchase details when I couldn't find my copy. Very helpful. I know I've listed a lot of names here but note that everyone I ran into there was very friendly and helpful, and that is the way I believe a business should be treating customers, like there is a true relationship and not just another sale. I know I'll be in touch with them in the future because I've gained some new, trustworthy friends.
