Poor service after the sale at the Lafollette office. Dustin wasn't truthful. I had to call Ky and they got things rolling. DID NOT RECEIVE repairs that were promised. They cashed our 10500 check and then forgot about us. If I hadn't called Ky office I don't think it would have been delivered at all. The delivery guy was great but I can't recommend the Lafollette lot! Took more than two months to get the title and it was all wrong, my husband had to take it to the court house and have not fixed. INCOMPETENCE ON STEROIDS!!!!!

My father went to the Jacksboro, TN location with his motor home and signed a contract for them to help him sell it. They were supposed to list it online and show it to potential buyers. Turns out they were letting an employee live in it instead. My dad found out because he happened to be driving by one night and seen the guy watching TV through the window. He stopped and asked him who he was and what he was doing in his camper to which he replied he is a new employee and he stays in it occasionally. The employee got nervous and said he would leave but when my dad drove back by the guy was still sitting there watching TV. We had to call the police to come and have him get out of his camper. Once the police came we had to wait for him to unload all of his belongings as he must've been staying in it for quite some time or planning to stay a while. There was toothpaste and a cigarette burn on the bathroom counter. Urine and feces on the toilet and floor as well as water from a leaking vent we were not notified of among other things. After FINALLY getting to talk to the owner days later he was sure to remind us that the contract states that they are not responsible for any damages while its in their possession. I have no idea how a "misunderstanding" like this could happen but after reading the other reviews it all makes sense. How does a so called business like this even continue to operate?

Purchased an awning and install from here. Upon pick-up I noticed the original hardware was not re-installed. Was told they did not know what happened to the original equipment. Hardware was replaced with local hardware nuts and bolts that I was charged for even though they lost the original. Looks really gawdy and very noticeable. Immediately took the unit to the campground and the power awning would not extend properly. unit was working as it should before service. Was told by a somewhat rude employee the arms were bent. Why wasn't this issue addressed while in service or at least advised if it was an issue (arms determined to be fine after another repair company inspected them). Awning also leaks from rain and a/c condensation. Called back and was given the run around by a couple employees. Was told someone would come by and take a look, Nobody ever showed up. Called back and was told they forgot about me. Rescheduled again and another no show. Advised they went to the wrong house. Camper has been sitting for months awaiting for a tech to show up. When I called Dustin back I was told I would get a call back from another company in KY. Never received any communication. When I reached back out to Dustin he stated " I am no longer employed there, I got out of that place while I could" This is the second former employee that has eluded to bad business practices and poor customer service issues. I would not recommend this company for sales or service (which they are no longer doing I was told). I try to keep my business local, but I would highly recommend a professional business like camping world etc. that have techs and managers that know what they are doing and warranty their work.

Called them up made a deal on trailer. Was told to be there first thing in morning! Guaranteed we had trailer! After getting there told sold it! For 1000.00 over what offered! Then told to go to KY office 60 miles away to pick out another one. Well did and told would deliver to TN office after fixing jacks! Told again first thing next morn to be there! Well got there in TN and told nope owner will not do deal! You can believe me or not but every trailer is water damaged some totally gone and they just put in hardwood floors over the soaked original flooring! Walls are totally gone in a lot of the units! These trailers are trashed, wrecked or insurance pay offs! They buy them for 1-2000 and all units want 9900 for but if fixed 12900. But wait they do not fix water damage at all and craftsman ship of what they do is something a 2 yr old could have done! Pics on website are taken to show no angles of any damage! The salesman is a liar and if ask anyone there about campers they know nothing! I knew ones I looked at needed work but no way worth more than 5 k. I spent 3 days there over trailers and I saw a lot! Young kids were asked to write reviews for KY and Tn toyz to boost business. The last day there cops came come to find out owner stealing trailers and parts off other peoples trailers! I left as fast as I could and so so glad never bought nothing! I wasn’t the only one neither 2 other buyers demanded money back on trailers but sold as is where is! They lost thousands for junk! I lost over 200.00 in gas traveling etc and they told me to bad! I do know for a fact they will not be in business long. All of us will be reporting them to the better business and one guy knows gov. Bill lee of TN personally so there will be charges filed. Beware of this extremely shady place of business because they will not be there long!

I purchased a 2003 palomino puma about a month ago and love it!! Dustin the General Manager was extremely helpful when helping me decide the correct camper for not only my family but for our needs when taking our trips or at the campgrounds. My family is going to make so many new memories! We are excited for Spring so we can take it out! Thank you Tennessee Toyz!!
