I am the Owner of a 2015 Keystone Impact 303 Toy Hauler. My trailer was damaged which cause water damage to my interior. I brought the trailer to Sumner RV and worked with the Service Manager Justin on cost of repairs. Knowing this was a huge job I didn’t feel confident having anyone complete the repairs. Justin took on the job and what can I say. Himself and his Team nocked it out of the park. The quality and attention to detail of repairs is 5 star. From interior paneling and insulation to exterior upgraded panel material and new seals. Trailer is solid and took the time to match decals perfectly to the old. Wow, I am confident that this job was done right. Huge thank you to Justin and his Team. Note: Wish I would have took some before photos but I was stressed and forgot. Trust me it was beyond bad. I am sure if you stop in for repairs he can show you some before photos.
We traded in our 20-foot Creekside for a 20BD in January. We purchased the same rig only eleven years newer. After calling a couple of dealers we landed on Sumner RV. They did not have a trailer on site, but they made a call to the factory, and they were able to put us on the schedule to get a new 20BD that was in production. We were able to make a few special requests and ORV and Sumner made it happen. About two weeks later the trailer was delivered. We believe they gave us a very fair trade-in on our Creekside and the price for the new camper was very reasonable. We have used the trailer about ten nights so far with no issues and plan on a two-month tour of Alaka at the end of the month. We are very pleased with Sumner RV and highly recommend them.
Very pleased with experience at Sumner RV from initial visit to pickup of unit. We were impressed with Kyle from the start and over a period of six months he responded to our questions and when we finally decided to purchase our unit he and the others at Sumner RV worked with us to hold our unit for a couple of months until we could drive from NC to pick it up. We’re currently on our 3000 mile maiden voyage back to NC and are very pleased with our new ORV unit.
I'd like to give a huge shout out to the sales team at Sumer RV. Kyle, our salesman, was amazing and consistently went above and beyond our expectations. He helped us pick the right layout for our new Outdoors RV and helped us get the absolute best price. Sumner RV does not have the huge markups like other RV dealerships (aka Thompson RV). We saved over $10K when compared to the price that Thompson RV was offering. The Sales Manager gave us a trade-in offer that was more than fair. They made it very easy to do business with them. When we picked up our new RV that was ordered straight from the factory, we identified a couple of issues during our PDI. Sumner RV immediately addressed and fixed the issue. One of the issues took several hours to work through but the team made us the priority and never made us feel like a burden. Unfortunately, after getting our trailer home, we found that one of the window shades was the wrong size and didn't cover the entire window. We live more than 9 hours away from Sumner RV and had to initiate a warranty claim via email. The employee that handles warranty claims, Alicia, was NOT a pleasure to work with. She was difficult and had significant attitude more than just a single time throughout the warranty claim process. I am happy to give Sumner RV a 5-Star rating even with my negative experience with the warranty department. The rest of the team went above and beyond and earned the 5 Stars. I don't let one person derail a review for an entire company.
We had an amazing experience at Sumner RV Center! After searching in Idaho and calling several dealers in other states, the only one who truly took the time to call us back and go over everything was Brent Wofford. He made the process easy and worth the 8-hour drive. When we arrived, Brent greeted us right away (and even walked our dogs while going over the paperwork!), Rod the Sales Manager was great to work with, Crystal in Finance was so kind and great to work with as well. Kyle and Craig did a thorough walkthrough of our new RV and making sure that we had the right hitch. This team went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be happier with our Outdoor RV 2025 29TRX Titanium toy hauler. Highly recommend Sumner RV Center. Absolutely worth the trip!
