Perfect place to service your RV. We brought our 5th wheel for packing the bearings and a brake check. They found out that the brakes need to be realigned and they fixed it in 3 hours including the bearings. Very professional work, very friendly people. Best thing was that they pointed out that the tires were to old and about to crack. So we took the time went to Gateway Tires and got new tires for a great price. Without the hint we would have to a blowout, so they kind of saved our live...
This RV service and sales has been around a long time, family owed local business. We had service done recently and I was amazed at the courtesy, attention to detail and workmanship they helped us with. Grant it, repairs are not cheap, but they were fair. Recommend them 100%. Thanks,
I am very disappointed with the treatment I received at this center recently. I took my car and RV in for service the end of July and was told that it would take a few weeks to get the parts in for the car and that they would look to see about what was needed for the RV and maybe try to save me some money with a used part for it. I called each week to check status and at 3 weeks in I was told that the company that S&S Apache ordered the part for my car from had changed management and the ball was dropped and my part never really got ordered. I was unhappy at this point. The part got "reordered" and I was told it would take several weeks to come in. The part finally came in the first week of October and come to find out, Alan at S&S Apache had infact ordered the wrong part! I was absolutely livid at this point. He then proceeds to tell me he would order the correct part and have it in a matter of days. I asked, so you mean to tell me that I've waited all this time for the wrong part and that the correct part would have been in, in a matter of days?! He tells me yes, apologized and told me 'it is what it is'. I asked for some type of compensation for my time because that was 2-1/2 months that I was without my RV and could not tow that car behind it...all because he ordered the wrong part! He proceeded to tell me AGAIN 'It is what it is'. I asked him to speak with a manager and he came back with the same reply. I will not be back because I feel they definitely could have handled this situation so much better. I also feel like it is their responsibility to correct wrongs and be accountable for their actions! I urge anyone who is considering doing business with this company to rethink that decision.
This is the only place you want to go if you need something for your camper. Professional, respectful, willing to solve the problem, and provide helpful information. I took my travel trailer into camping world, never again!! They didn't have what I needed, they weren't helpful, they actually destroyed multiple things on my travel trailer. This is the only place in town that I recommend very satisfied with the customer service. Thank you Sydney. We will definitely be back.
Sam is unhurried, friendly, and has wholesome personality and charm. And, of course, he has exceptional knowledge & expertise in RVs since he has been with them since he was "...a teenager". He took so much time showing Mike and I their many floorplans and options to help us know what would fit our specific needs. Also, we met a very nice lady who brings her RV all the way from Missouri to have her it serviced!! She shared her testimonials on her reasons "why".
