We did an out of state sale with Alex and he worked with us to ensure we could fly in and drive away the next day! Alex was informative, responsive, no pressure and he sent us pictures of the unit even before they had it posted online. We knew we had to move quickly on this coach and Alex and Allen made sure things were taken care of and right on the coach. We really appreciated the fact they wanted the coach to be right before we took delivery including replacing the tires and they worked with our inspector to get the things he pointed out fixed before our arrival. Just purchased a used Newmar Motor Home from Alex at Specialty RV. We have owned two trailers prior to this, both brand new and full of problems! Alex was very helpful, not in any way high pressure and answered all of our questions. At delivery/pickup, he had their mechanic spend over an hour going over the vehicle with me, explaining systems and answering questions. Specialty spent significant money to get the vehicle ready for pickup, including checking all fluids, servicing the generator (which the mechanic explained to me how to do myself in the future, as well as how to keep the carburetor from getting gummed up and destroyed!), and replacing all the tires, as the ones on the vehicle were far out of date. I’ve only driving it a little so far, but it has peformed very well and all the systems work flawlessly. I have to admit, Alex was absolutely correct that it is far easier than towing a trailer or 5th wheel! Overall, one of the very few RV or auto dealer experiences I would rate at least an A+! I would recommend anyone I know in the market for an RV to talk with him.

What a great job Alex and his crew from Speciality RV did in getting us in our new motorhome with ease! I have never ever bought a vehicle before without looking at in person first and Alex made the experience easier. When I called Alex , he and I had a comfortable conversation and he did of a great job of sending additional videos and pictures of the motorhome, and a good job of explaining the purchase and trade in process.
