5 Stars - Outstanding Experience at Spartan RV! I cannot say enough good things about our experience purchasing our Thor Four Winds motorhome from Spartan RV in Gilbert! From the moment we walked onto the lot, we knew we were in good hands. The entire process was hands down the easiest and simplest vehicle purchase I've ever made – and I mean any type of vehicle, not just an RV. There was no pressure, no gimmicks, just genuine help in finding the perfect motorhome for our family's needs. The staff at Spartan RV truly sets the bar for customer service. Every team member we worked with was professional, knowledgeable, and actually listened to what we were looking for. They took the time to walk us through every feature of the motorhome, answer all our questions (and we had plenty!), and made sure we felt completely comfortable with our decision. Their expertise and patience made what could have been an overwhelming process feel effortless. What impressed us most was how upfront and transparent everyone was throughout the entire transaction. No hidden fees, no last-minute surprises, just honest communication from start to finish. Carson answered my call with clear destain in his voice. They have no interest in answering questions or working on the process with you. As other reviews state, they are trying to force you to buy an rv site unseen, then pull shady tricks. I would steer clear and work with someone that has some basic level of respect for potential customers.

Where do I start. I have been looking at a certain model online for over a month going back and forth with different sellers on OfferUp, Craigslist, etc. Spartan had the trailer I have been looking for and was about $4k cheaper than the private party ads I have been looking at. Now for the business side, be mindful that the pictures on their website is of the year, make and model of the trailer you are looking for but may not be the actual trailer you are prepared to buy which was my case. Arrived to inspect the trailer on time and it was plugged in and ready to be looked at. First thing I noticed was that the wheels were different from the ad. Asked Carson about it and he informed me that someone else buying another trailer liked the wheels better so they swapped them out. The wheels they swapped were a different style, color and had some curb rash on them. He informed me that they were still on the lot and they could swap them back if I'd like. This back and forth already seemed shady because they were willing to take the wheels back that they already promised to another customer. With that said, being that the trailer in the pictures wasn't the trailer I was looking at, I'm confident that Carson wasn't being truthful. The trailer was definitely worn especially compared to the pictures. Shower walls were separating from the inner compartment walls, the dinette showed some significant signs of wear to include the table edges falling apart to the supports that hold the table up for when its turned into a sleeper were chewed up pretty badly, the backsplash in the kitchen was completely different, not to mention it was not the cleanest inside. Now to the exterior, the sides walls needed to be sealed along the bottom edges where they met the trim (which is expected with the sun in Az), the right side fender/wheel arch bracket was torn away leaving the bracket dangling underneath, the tongue needed some corrosion control as the paint was peeling leaving it with rust (again, not what I saw from the pictures), the front left side of the trailer showed signs of delamination which is a concern and just overall, the exterior was pretty dirty and not ready to be shown off to a projected buyer in my opinion. With all of that said, I stopped looking at it and informed Carson that I was going to pass and he stated he figured I would when he saw me come in with a flashlight and a clipboard with items I wanted to concentrate on. With all of that into consideration and the fact that I made a comment about the dinette being a bit smaller than I thought, he became irate and asked if I had ever been in this model before which I hadn't but regardless, was willing to pay cash for the trailer until I started inspecting it. He started making comments about how I wasted his time and to get out of there. I literally had the cash for this trailer sitting in my truck, drove over an hour away to look at this thing and buy it based off of the pictures and I already made reservations at a RV park up north to take this thing but I wasted his time. If they were truthful about their inventory and uploaded the pictures of the actual trailers on their lot, I wouldn't have driven over there and wasted "his" time. Apparently Spartan RV is not use to clients showing up and actually looking at the trailers before handing over cash. At the end of the day, skip over this place or be prepared to deal with their deceptive tactics to get you to buy their trailers essentially sight unseen not to mention an unprofessional employee or owner, whatever his position is.

RV was clean, easy to use following video instructions. RV was easy to drive and mechanically sound, no issues driving from the Valley to Northern Arizona. Wonderful time spent with family glamping!
