Incredible team at Southaven RV! I'm so grateful I was lucky enough to find them!! I came from Florida to purchase a 2017 Airstream Interstate 24GL, sight unseen. Chris was outstanding! His honesty and flexibility is impeccable! He worked to get me the best deal, then worked with my inspector to fix the very few minor items found, while keeping me in the loop. Valerie explained all my warranty options in detail, and had all the finance paperwork ready for signature. Wayne was very knowledgeable on the extensive walk- through of the coach. Robert, the maintenance tech responsible for making sure my coach was good- to- go, diligently worked the one continued challenge... the motorized window shades. He cleared his schedule to successfully get them working properly before I left for the 500 mile trip home. If I lived closer, they would be my "go-to" for all my RV needs. Highly recommend working with the Southaven RV team!!
