Upon moving to Kentucky I purchased a 5th wheel camper and I have been living in it for a little over two years now, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about Skaggs Valley RV. From day one, the staff has been incredibly helpful with every question I have had about my camper. Joe and Chris have been a huge part of that. They always take the time to listen to whatever issue I am dealing with and then walk me through the best way to track down and fix the problem. Any time I walk through the door, they greet me right away, already knowing I probably have a handful of questions. They never make me feel rushed or like a bother. They always give solid advice, order any parts I need in a timely manner, and help me understand the best way to handle each repair. Another thing I appreciate is how welcoming they are. They even let me bring my little French bulldog into there sales area. If you own an RV or fifth wheel and you are in the London area and need help, I highly recommend this company. They have treated me with nothing but kindness, patience, and honest guidance. It is rare to find a place that takes this much pride in helping their customers, and they have definitely earned my trust.
Went out of their way to jury rig our deer damaged RV, making it drivable. Called Ford dealership to help get parts ordered and repairs scheduled.
I drove from western N,Y 23hr round trip because Terry saved me thousands$$, he had the camper set up and air conditioning on so we could sleep when they installed fifth wheel hitch, they were thorough during the walk through thanks so much fellas🍺
We bought our Jayco here and we always have it serviced here. David is very thorough at making everything the way I want with the interior. They have everything you could need or will order it. The service department makes sure it is safe and road worthy. They really care.
My husband and I were on a three week adventure with our 5th wheel when we had a major accident. We called Skaggs and were able to get our rig in to their shop the same day. Less than two weeks later, we were waiting on one last part. It came in at 3:45 on a Friday and the guys all got right on it only to discover that another part was needed. They called all of the other dealers in town and were able to find what they needed and again jumped right on the repair. Joe, Justin, and Greg stayed nearly 2 hours after close to get us on our way. We would highly recommend Skaggs Valley for any repairs—they also sell campers!! They are a great bunch of guys!!!

Buying an RV is a big decision. Use this guide to shop Skaggs Valley RV's inventory with confidence.
Set your budget first
RV prices range from under $10,000 for used travel trailers to $300,000+ for Class A diesel pushers. Know your number before you browse. Use SearchShop's payment estimator on any Skaggs Valley RV listing to model monthly costs.
Pick the right RV type
Travel trailers and fifth wheels need a capable tow vehicle. Class B and C motorhomes offer an easier entry point. Class A motorhomes give the most space. Ask the team at Skaggs Valley RV which type fits your camping style.
Inspect these on every unit
Check the roof for cracks or soft spots (signs of water damage). Open every slideout and look for seal wear. Run all appliances. Test the generator, AC, and water heater. Check the underbelly for rust or damage.
Know the weight ratings
Every RV has a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR). Overloading causes tire blowouts and frame damage. Compare the GVWR against your intended load before committing.
Review service records
Ask Skaggs Valley RV for any available service history. Regular maintenance records — oil changes, roof resealing, slide service — signal a well-cared-for unit.
RV loans are specialized. Knowing the basics helps you get the best deal when financing through Skaggs Valley RV in Corbin, Kentucky.
Typical Loan Terms
10 to 20 years is typical for larger RVs. Shorter-term loans save on total interest.
Down Payment
10% to 20% is typical. A larger down payment reduces monthly costs and total interest paid.
